Things weren't taken care of like I had suggested and asked for. My dad was signed in on a Wednesday. We had him transferred by Friday. The first thing that was very upsetting is the first night my dad had an accident in the bed because he was in ICU for four weeks so he was used to having a catheter in. I did explain that to the nurse that it would be best to put a diaper on or have some type of protection she kept saying yes yes yes so when he had the accident they made him sit three hours in wet sheets and clothes and then the nurse told him to sleep in the chair. That was enough for me on top of a few other things that I seen. If I could sum it up I would just say if you are looking for caring, warm place that makes you feel like your needs are important this is definitely not the place.
