First of all, it is loaded to the gills with inventory and lots of it is high end goods OuiOui. I got some Crystal "Brooks Brothers" cognac glasses & some "Waterford" crystal Champagne glasses, just what I was looking for OuiOui. They also have the most enormous Dinosaur garden sculpture at the front entrance that is just spectacular. Big as a compact car! This location is overflowing with high end garden furniture & outdoor goods for entertaining, also just what I was looking for. Left with me boatload of treasures Arrrr! OuiOui. Over the course of framing numerous pieces of artwork, Bob has consistently provided thoughtful, artistic framing suggestions that beautifully enhance each piece. His passion for his work and his genuine dedication to customer satisfaction are unmistakable. It's rare to find someone so customer-centric, patient, and detail-oriented in this field. Unfortunately, this outstanding experience contrasts sharply with the front-end store management. On multiple visits, there have been too few cashiers for the volume of customers, resulting in long checkout lines and a frustrating experience at the register. On one visit, I actually had to put back a couple hundred dollars' worth of merchandise simply because the wait time was unreasonable. Despite this, I continue to return for the excellent service and quality provided by the art and framing team. Bob and his department deserve tremendous credit -- they are the reason I still do business at this location.

I found the clearance rack and was able to buy a $60 IZOD shirt for $15. Most clearance racks in most stores are a wreck and mislabeled. This rack was sized and organized my style and color. It was easy to find what I wanted. The checkout experience was just as satisfying. It seems this store has very low turnover, as I have seen the same staff at this store over the past 2 years. Each person I have come across has been extremely friendly. They engage in small talk while getting me through the line quickly. They even ask if I want to keep the hanger. Service, selection (both in store and online), and price will keep me coming back again.

Lots of name brands at excellent prices. This location has very nice inventory. We just LOVE Brooksville. Everything is very nice, clean and spacious. Lots of excellent parking.
