She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and she seemed to know right where everything was. She has a great personality. She was funny and she made us feel like we were part of the TJ Maxx family. She was so awesome that I decided to sign up for a credit card. That's good at not only TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods and I'm very pleased because I got a nice little discount. And come to find out on Mondays if you're a senior, you can get a 10% discount on anything you buy in the store. Jeanette was very knowledgeable and next time I go back, I will be looking for her to assist me because she's just a nice person and it's hard to find nice sales people in stores that you go to. You could tell that she loves her job and she loves people. So bravo TJ Maxx for hiring Jeanette.

At one point, Lisa told her helper "you might need to go to the bank for me." Then, after the three of us had a lengthy conversation about traffic on Hwy 19, Lisa reached into the cash register and handed me $40. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by paying me $40 for at least 23 items!! Last Spring, I took about 12 items in and she paid me $45 When I browsed through the shop, I saw one blouse with a $29 price tag on it. I wish I had kept my items and donated them to my church thrift store. I will not go back, and I do not recommend the resale shop to anyone.

Much easier than walking through numerous departments (of little interest to my trip to JCP). Thank you JCP!!! Plus....the clerk was excellent. She did a great job helping the customer at the counter, as the wait time was extending. No problem for me or the 2 customers in front of me. Just so nice to see employees being helpful to a customer and announcing to the people in line, she'd be with them shortly. That's customer service. :)
