Shawn assumed I robed a sweater they stopped me at the exit saying if I would like to pay a sweater I was using because supposedly they saw me putting it on I told them check your cameras and also your eyes because she clearly said that she saw me putting it on. after a few minutes they didn't even apologize they said get out of the store because your recording of course I'm gonna record if I'm getting accused of stealing. terrible store don't go there read more

Ahhhhhh this location was still quite busy at 9:30 pm. Lol the greeter seems tired cause he was just pacing as I entered the store. Store was kind of disorderly with a lot shoppers and not enough associates keeping up. I love shopping at Ross on Tuesdays with 10% Senior discount. read more

This store was so messy and gross the aisles all had stuff all over the floor the manager clearly can't manage

If you don't want to pay more for items, reconsider and shop at Ross. Be mindful that not every items sold here is the best , but you can find some name brand clothing or household goods for a lot less. Also, it's better to shop here on off times if you don't like the crowds or long lines. read more

The worst Ross I've ever been to. Only went through the men's shoes and men's clothing almost everything was out of order and everything else was on the floor. Looks like a tornado hit and they just picked everything up and put it on the rack. read more

The word random fits this Ross so much better than most locations because it got a whole lot of everything but for nothing you wanna get, everything a bit messy, all over the places, got nothing on designer watches, a bit of jewelry but you have to get in line with the people who pay for things to have someone open it for you, their return and purchase lines are the same one, not divided in two like most stores, they're just missing a lot of stuffs but I still ended up scooping out a few items. read more

I don't know what happened, I haven't been here in 2 months & I came today to find a Mess! The floor was sticky, canvas pictures on the floor, hanger racks everywhere. My shopping cart kept running over stuff. Mess, is an understatement. How does this happen in such a nice plaza? read more

The store was dirty . Bathrooms dirtier . The aisles filled with merchandise on the floor . I will never go back there!

I use to be excited coming to Ross in Redlands now I am not a fan of it due to to lack of friendly customer service, not one employee from Ross spoke to me other then the checker/ security guard. very messy environment, can't even look through things without stuff all over the shelves, as if no one from night shift cleaned or straightened up their departmenta ! very disappointed in Ross . read more

Nice location it's a decent sized Ross. Always a friendly welcome from security at the front door. ( must be a lot of thefts) Now the service is Hit or Miss some of the employee's aren't very friendly.( You can tell a few of them Hate their job!) Great clothes selections for the whole family. Love the girls selection they always have something cute and so affordable. Boys selection is hit or miss at times. Teen boys/young mens is alright but you do have to hunt for good finds. Mens selection is not the greatest it lacks a lot. Teen girls/ladies/ women's selections are defenitly the best and by far has the most to choose from. Household items like art decor, blankets, sheet sets, pillows, and much more all have awesome deals. Shoes are always hit or miss sometimes U find something awesome other times U cant find nothing. They also carry a lot of brand named perfume and cologne sets that are a steal. Love me some Ross and this location is okay. read more

On 12/03/2024 and we needed to do a little shopping and Ross was one of several stores we were visiting. All I can say, IS WHAT A PIGSTY. Absolutely disgusting, product on the floor, no room to walk without sidesteping the mess. Conclusion...BAD MANAGEMENT. After over 30 years in retail upper management, it isn't difficult to notice a bad manager or managers. read more

I used to like shopping at Ross. Recently, I shopped in this store and I had a very bad experience. As I was pushing my shopping cart out, a girl asked me to open my bag so she could examine it. I had just gone through the checkout line. She used a very firm tone of voice, and also said the cart can't leave the store. I was using the cart for support because I have a bad knee, and I wasn't planning to take it outside. That would be impossible anyway because of the pole that's installed on the cart to prevent it from being pushed out the door. read more

I always read reviews but c'mon ross is the best so just went there big huge worst mistake The line to check out wasn't too bad but the store itself omg total mess it was evening time I get it it's later people shop and make mess But not like this smh ‍ sizing was all wrong baskets of merchandise all over the place I'll not shop at this Ross ever again read more

Prices are low but you really have to look. The one thing I don't like about Ross is that you need a receipt when returning. There is no way to look it up like TJmax. They also drop prices every 2 weeks so if you lost your receipt, you get almost nothing back. read more

This is the most disorganized and dirty Ross I have ever seen. Nothing organized isles and isles of racks of cloths and things that need to be returned to its place. Never going there again. read more

I had the opportunity to visit your Redlands Ca store 27651, located within Mountain Grove/Citrus Plaza shopping center. I am appalled at how unkept this store is managed. There was literally clothes, blankets, merchandise and everything you can think of piled on top of each other and all over the floors. It was such a dangerous situation and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I cannot believe that corporate has not gone out to visit this store to see how badly it is mismanaged. Please send out one of your mystery shoppers or secret shoppers or someone from corporate to visit the store without management being aware so you can see in real time how horrific this store is. I visit Ross stores all the time and this would never be allowed in any store that I've ever visited before. I don't understand how it's being allowed in this type of shopping center. I'm truly confused and disappointed beyond words. read more

There was a last minute present I needed to grab right before the weekend ended! They only had ONE LEFT: it was a cutting board! Long story short: it's a gift I had engraved for two special people, and it was a ginormous cutting board for only ~$12. I ran in and out of there within a few minutes! Super quick and efficient employees! I wish I had more time to wander around, Ross is one of my favorite department stores! read more

I have visited this location many times. It is well organized and stacked and I always find something for myself or my family. 6.18 two checkstands and long long long ass line. Is the manager at Miguels ? Terrible to waste your customers time.

Horrible Long Lines. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. After shopping, who wants to wait in a line with over 21 separate customers? The Redlands Ross has been this way all year long 2023. Why is the person in charge working on "go backs" behind the register instead of ringing people up when the line is so long. I've even just put my items and left the store upon seeing the ridiculously long lines. read more

Was in the store asked to look at some sunglasses, employee just got done at the register she tells me "we don't have someone to help at jewelry you'll have to get in line and ask when you get to the register" than she proceeds to walk away not to another register but towards the back of the store. I'm in a wheelchair and almost every isle has something on the floor to where I can't get through. They also have bins in the isles pretty much blocking the entire isle and in front of things I needed to see. Store is a complete mess. Corporate people do something about this store! read more

This Ross was a descent location and had lots of stuff but nothing to my liking. I saw they sell makeup and skin care but nothing on the high end side. Just no name brands. They sell beauty supplies and makeup bags. They sell everything from clothing to home goods. Shoes were cute but again nothing to my liking. Store was organized and clean. The security guy up front was greeting people hello. Plenty of parking up from. Descent store but I managed to walk out with nothing. Kind of disappointed that I didn't find one thing. read more

Worst location I've ever been to! For being in REDLANDS you'd expect a clean & decent place but nope! Merchandise is all over the floor, clothes have been ripped off hangers, the aisles are so condensed together that you can barely get anywhere & the line is ridiculous. This place is a joke! I've spread the word to everyone not to come here because it's full of disappointments. read more

What a terrible experience. This store was in shambles. People lined up to the back of the store waiting for a cashier. The manager Kathleen had no idea what was going on in her store and appeared to have no clue on how to run it. Sadly it shows in every detail. Horrible customer service from someone who called herself a manager. I'll make sure to spend my money elsewhere. read more

Julia was so rude rushing to do my return , she shouldnt be working there very unprofessional. She needs to be fired.

I normally love Ross but this location always has stocking bins so it's hard to get around with a cart and shop. Plus you can't see anything on the rows. read more

Dude, I appreciate the fact that they are actually following guidelines and making people wait outside to keep their capacity low but THE ONLY THING THAT REALLY BOTHERED ME WAS.. While waiting to enter the store, Everyone in line was wearing a mask.. HOWEVER, here comes the entitled COCK-asian Kyle refusing to wear one.. after walking in, I asked the "security" (if you can call her that) "Face masks required to enter right?" She said "yes" Here comes Kyle walking right behind me and the security asked him to put a mask and he said " I'm just gona do a return" SHE LET HIM WALK RIGHT IN. I was like lady, if u wana be a security guard or loss prevention, u have to have some huevos and stand firm on your policy.. anyway long story short, Kyle shopped around for a good 30-45mins I even asked another employee about their mask policy, and I showed her Kyle wasn't wearing a mask and she didn't do anything about it.. FOR THAT AND JUST FOR THAT IM GIVING THEM one If you have a sign stating of mask mandate, FOLLOW IT.. I called the manager and asked her about the mask policy and she said "masks are required to enter" I told her about the situation and she said "masks are required to enter but we can't make the customers wear them" That left me scratching my head . With that type of useless management no wonder why the employees aren't enforcing the rules.. Not coming back read more

This is probably the cleanest & most organized Ross I've ever been to .. I thought for sure it would look like every other Ross I've been to. Also , a very quick check out . I came in on a Saturday at about 12 PM . Ross is a place I do enjoy going to because of the prices. This particular Ross was upsetting because of the customer service. My cashier was by the name of Michelle. When I approached the register, she's speaking to another worker across the way at another register instead of asking how I was doing. Held a full on conversation with another employee during my whole transaction. Then I asked for bags. She said she ran out. I then asked if I can grab some on the other register. When I went to grab the bags for my purchases, she then came over and said she would help me. I wish she would of done that from the beginning. I wish she just would of went out of her way to just grab me a bag especially since I had my two boys. How do you expect me to carry all my purchases when 1. I don't have any bags. 2. We can't take the carts out and 3. I have my kids. I wish Ross would do a better job in the customer service aspect. read more

Luv this store! I really missed ROSS when it was closed with COVID-19! But good selection great prices!

So messy. Can't even walk through the aisles because everything is on the floor. Nothing is ever stocked

I like coming to this store because it's bigger and tends to have a little bit more then the other surrounding Ross stores. My only unsatisfactory feeling about this store is the Employees, no customer service skills, untrained in handling long lines and poor management. One Associate is dressed inappropriately showing more then she needs too. One it is not a nite club, I don't need my kids to see your goodies over flowing out of your top! If an associate is going to work with the public, have a pleasant attitude and learn how to treat customers...otherwise just Stay Home! read more

Every single time I come in here there's never enough cashiers. You stand in the return/exchange line and you basically get ignored. I had the worst return/exchange situation on my birthday with a lady named Yesenia. She basically didn't make any attempt to have a manager help me with my return since she didn't have the access to do it. I waited and waited, it had to be at least 30 minutes. When the manager Diane finally helped (who was up there the whole time) I told her what happened she apologized but didn't really do much. Yesenia needs to learn communication and tell the manager what's going on instead of taking purchase after purchase and not helping me when I was there before most of the people making purchases. Worst experience. I will be contacting corporate about the customer service here. read more
