The employee asked customer to take off hangers while in line and rush customers to quickly step aside after making a payment. Had to return 2 items and had an issue with both items. I'm very understanding to issues and misunderstandings and was more than okay with keeping the items as they were only $7-$10 each. My problem with this store was the customer service of the cashier and the manager. Their tones were not welcoming and sounded a bit condescending. I was not pushing back 1 bit as the items are cheap I was just asking ONCE, maybe twice, what the issue was so I can understand better. I say if you're face to face with customers everyday then you should have a better attitude and tone about it. Had they spoken to me better I would never even written this review. Love the variety of clothes, I always go there shopping first on Prosper when shopping for clothes.

This location never has anythinggggggg! I mean there is stuff in there obviously but it's rarely updated week to week. It's severely under stocked. On top of that, the check out process is literally draining. I have never waited anywhere that long ever. That is the only thing consistent. I would go to another location. read more

It's a average store. Yes its messy, stock is what u see. I didn't encounter any rude employees on the contrary the cashier was nice and polite. For people to complain about how unorganized and a mess its absurd. The entitled customers that cant put stuff back in the correct place and even if it's not in the right place and you can see the area it belongs in walk a few steps and do your do diligence. God forbid you get inconvenienced. With todays trends in retail stores as far as employment goes especially on a weeknight the store is probably budgeted for minimal hours. ****WARNING****** I've truthfully just had the worst shopping experience ever! @ Ross In prosper. They claim they open at 9am I'm standing outside the store past 9:07am they see me and ignore me. I'm standing in the cold with my family. I knock on the glass door and the "Manager" Marley goes off on me for knocking on the glass. We exchange a few words. She claimed she doesn't care. It's her last day. And she opens when she's ready! Now it makes sense why the store is so disorganized! Mess everywhere, things all over the floor! I've had teenage kids have a party at our house and not have such a bad mess the day after! What a disgrace of a store to bring to this community. I would rather shop at Walmart then to go back to ROSS ever again. I'll make sure to call her managers. read more

The service in this Ross dress for less was terrible and nonetheless, rude and inconsiderate. my cousin bought a expensive juicy couture perfume, and wanted to exchange it for another juicy couture perfume because she did not like the smell. She talked the manager about exchanging it and the manager was very rude and inconsiderate she was acting extremely unprofessional with my cousin. shoving the perfume in her hands before she could leave. They said it was their "policy." any other Ross would've exchanged it, or at least been more professional. I don't like this Ross and it's also kinda nasty so I don't recommend to shop there. read more

I was so disappointed today. Walked in the store and it looks like there is absolutely nothing on the racks. They told me that they were not going out of business but when you walk in there it certainly seems as if they are. It is not worth it to even step foot in the store as there is nothing to look at and certainly nothing to purchase. read more

I have tried a lot of Ross stores. This is the new one that just openes couple months ago. They have ordered products really well. Most of products are new imported and good quality. The manager needs to train staffs how to help customers when they shopped in this store. It will better. They are a little lazy. Anything else is good. Highly recommend read more

I have had the absolute worse experience at this Ross. Tran is very disrespectful and has a no tolerance for African American. After making a return yesterday I explained to her and described to her which employee did not give my receipt. She blew me off and said ok but I can only give you store credit which is absolutely fine considering I was purchasing more items. Her demeanor is such a turnoff. I asked for her name which at the time all I could see was Tran I wasn't sure if that was her full name. I explained to her I was going to make a compliant on her to corporate because every time I come in there she is the only one who gives me a hard time with my purchases. Tran said if you don't like me you should maybe shop somewhere else. She proceeded to cover her badge with her hair and gave me a very nasty smirk she said go ahead make your compliant corporate will figure out what my name is omg are you serious then she proceeded to call her area supervisor Shima and say I have a hostile customer by this time I am done purchasing my items. I said if I am so hostile why haven't you called the cops or security clearly I was not hostile at all. That was such a lie and embarrassing because I was only asking for her name. Well Shima ask for me to wait 10 min and the store manger was coming and he could give me her name. I'm like ok so you the area supervisor and your are telling me you can't give me her name. She said please just wait for store manager. So Shima can't make her own employee give their name which is for the public to know that's why they wear name badges. HORRIBLE!! I never liked Ross stores but decided to give it a try to promote the Prosper economy. Standing in line this afternoon. Ten people in line behind me. Two in front of me. One cashier. She never asks for back up. About ten minutes into standing in line, TWO yes TWO store employees head to another register. They each look at it and turn around and head towards back of the store. WOW. Not sure how Ross stays in business. Big lots has better service than this place. Went next door to TJ Maxx--- two cashiers and two people in line.
