For all of my dress and skirt wearing girlies... this is your home. There are always certain times…read moreof the year where finding skirts seems nearly impossible in store. Enter Cato. They ALWAYS have some available, and for that, we give thanks lol. Something else to love about Cato is that the store is divided into two sides. 1. Plus size 2. Not plus size (What do you call that, regular? I don't know... I don't shop over there lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) The beauty is that it doesn't matter which side you shop on. A lot, dare I say MOST, of the clothes are the same. My sister and I head to opposite sides of the store and we sometimes end up with the same item. As a plus size woman, I really appreciate that. Does it mean that the green ruffled skirt we both tried on last December looked so cute on her while I was giving Christmas tree vibes? Sure does... but if I wanted to rock the Christmas tree look, I had the option and THAT'S what matters. Another thing I love about Cato is that they organize things by color. If you need a pink shirt or dress, and I ALWAYS need a pink shirt or dress, you just walk over to your clothing size side and find the pink section. The only exception to this is clearance. Those items are together no matter the color. They have fair prices and I always seem to find something marked WAY down on the clearance rack that I don't know why someone hasn't already snatched up. They must've been holding it just for me! You can also find shoes and accessories too. It's really a one stop shop and I don't know how the people that work there have any money left to take home because if I worked there, I would just be giving my money right back in exchange for all the clothes! One last thing I appreciate is that I can usually always find a shirt with words on it that reference Jesus. Like my shirt with a guitar that says "Raise a Hallelujah!" Jesus is my jam and if that were on a shirt, I'd buy it!

The younger look doesn't really bother me because these kind of stores are usually good for inexpensive lil summer tank top and shorts. I wear junior sized shorts also. The quality for this particular Aeropostale I found to be of lesser quality though than my local mall. The only items I saw that seemed somewhat decent quality were there underpants. I felt this store blended with the overall cheaper quality I found in this mall. So 3 star average (imo 2.5 star).

I've been to the Cypress location, but this one opened a few months ago, and I was overdue for a visit. I was blown away by how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff is here. I was overwhelmed by all of the cute options, and had a "difficult" time choosing. What a hardship, right? Most people would rudely inform you that it's X minutes till closing and push you out the door. Not so here! I ended up spending almost double what I planned to, but I scored some great loot for my mom and my and myself. Win-win! :)

However most of the bags that I was looking at, had spots or stains or tags that were bent, making them look as if you had bought it second hand in the Internet. Poor condition of the stock here, with apparent discounts over overinflated price tags that are delusional, making you think you're getting some sort of "bargain". The staff was snotty and rude, I had a 10% coupon that the saleswoman refused to take, saying that it wouldn't work there, not even trying to input it in the system. Narrow minded at best. Yet she was insisting in getting my personal information, email etc... when I told her I wasn't interested in signing up for newsletter of seemingly coupons they're not gonna honor anyway she was very rude, handing the bag without care putting it in a wrinkled gift bag that seemed reused. When I kindly asked her to give me another bag because this was a present, she huffed throwing the bag in another bag that although better than the other one, still looks cruised with the gift paper all wrinkled. Horrible experience... I was about to walk out of there without the bag, but I had had a long drive to get there already (with all the construction work happening around the outlets) that I just didn't want to completely waste my afternoon. Terrible customer service, not going back there!
