I live in Massachusetts but I called down to the store in NC & spoke with a man named Tracy. I asked, just to be completely sure that this was the jacket I was looking for, if he could text me a picture of it, which he immediately did. I will tell you that the level of accommodation was inspiring because these days nobody provides customer service like an old brick and mortar store and I was really impressed and grateful that he spent a few minutes with me, made sure that it was what I wanted, and even discussed which size to get after I described my size, etc. He said the jacket would ship that day and I got it in two days and it's beautiful and fits perfectly. I just wanted to leave this review to let people know what a wonderful experience it was working with this store and with Tracy. Thank you to Benjamin's in Morganton, North Carolina. Not sure where in NC that is but if I'm ever in North Carolina I will be sure to stop in and meet these nice people and do some more shopping at such a great store with good old fashioned service!

I've passed this rather upscale ladies apparel store many times! After much consideration about what approach to take when entering here I just decided to be honest and tell the truth. A very genuinely nice lady welcomed me to the store and that sure put me at ease! I told her that I would like to take some pictures and do a Yelp review. She said that was fine. As I'm looking around the place I noticed ladies clothes that I could tell were above par. This is an upscale place on a Main Street that could pass for a Mayberry episode! There was also a jewelry case ( costume jewelry) that looked genuine! Nothing cheap or trashy looking here. I complimented the owner and told her I would tell my wife about place.
