The staff I have encountered have been friendly and helpful too. I can always rely on their fabric section. I enjoy creating no-sew fleece blankets for family and their pets, and they carry an excellent selection of fleece fabrics. There's a minimal wait for a staff member to arrive to cut and tag the fabric, too. Another section I frequent is the baking section. Loads of fun items there! As always, be on the lookout for which items have their "on sale dates." You can find the flyers on their website or at the entrance in-store. This has been helpful since Hobby Lobby took away their 30% off coupons that were always around years ago.

If you really love a piece, I encourage you to buy it because there is no guarantee it will be available in your size during clearance time. I may have found out the hard way. The salespeople are always approachable and not overbearing. Since I have a petite frame, it can be hard sometimes to find shirts that look right. For instance, the smallest band size they carry is 36. I love the edgy style they carry, and the clothes are very durable. Most of my jeans are from there- size 10 to 14.

Since our boys had never worn Vans before, both of the salespeople, Logan and Barrett (I think), were absolutely amazing. Barrett made sure my new skate boarder got exactly the right type shoes to support his feet. Logan made sure my younger son (who can be difficult to please) was perfectly happy. In fact, at one point my son found Logan again and asked him to make an adjustment--- and he is normally very timid and afraid to ask for things by himself. Kudos to the amazing staff, their kind attention to our family, even while the store was pretty busy. It was definitely worth the drive--- even though we may have our own store soon, and won't need to make it anymore!

Howeverrrr I finally was able to consign and they had one of the best buying experiences. The store caught me off guard because it wasn't fully stocked, but it's because they only take the best. I would easily rank them #1 in this area! I think they are MILES better than the OUAC nearby, or the other consigning options for kids in this area. The store is clean and easy to shop around, the two ladies working were SO amazing, and again, the haul I walked out with was one of the best (and mind you, I'm buying 3T and 4T which typically tend to be hard sizes to find multiple great items). This is worth the drive! Note: kick it old school and just call them to ask about their buying hours. They're fast to answer!

I answered it honestly because I assume that is what they're looking for. When I fill out a survey, I do not expect an employee or manager to text my personal phone immediately after. Clearly, it's not safe to provide them with a phone number because they will take advantage of that. I will not be back to the store, ever. If down the road, if I hear it got new management, I'd consider it. Have a good day!
