Bright, trendy color pattern (eggshell blues and browns), good lighting, super cute dressing rooms with comfy seats. (Expensive) trendy clothes are offered up to size 24, though the few I tried on ran teeny teeny tiny in size. The salesgirls didn't notice that my friend and I were still in the fitting rooms when they closed shop at 6pm, but we weren't rushed out and they gladly made the sale and raised the gates for us.

My privacy was violated by a specific staff member at the Bismarck, ND Spencer's. I went in around…read more3:40 pm today to pick up an online order under my name. The first employee to help me was nice and asked me if I had my I.D to prove that it was my order, to which I said I didn't have it on me (it was in my car). I was told then that I needed I.D, so I willingly showed my school profile from my phone which had my picture and my name and showed it to her. At this time another employee walked up to me, looked at my picture and my full name, then told me to open my Facebook profile to prove that I was who I said I was. I tried to show her, but my Facebook wasn't loading even while being on WiFi. While waiting, the employee that told me to show her my social media page started to talk down to me about how I shouldn't be driving without an I.D, and that I could get a ticket. I am well aware of that but my I.D was in my car so there was no need to tell me that. When my Facebook loaded and she saw my information, she gave the go ahead to the first employee and that was that. I didn't see a name tag on her, but she had on a white/light colored sort of shirt and had short hair.

Arriving shortly before closing, I was able to find what I needed here which included a lidded coffee cup (my customer doesn't have bottled water in their soda machines because they're "green") and a cleaning cloth. And when I was checking out, I mentioned to the clerk that I needed a hat and I was not only surprised that they have hats here (for a dollar!), but she didn't just point me to it but she walked me over to the aisle. That's customer service. Some DTs are untidy, especially at closing time. Not this one, which had well stocked shelves and no boxes of merchandise waiting to be put away.
