I've been to other laser clinics and usually you have to pay per session or bundle 4 to 6 sessions; occasionally some hair will grow back as expected but here the sessions are unlimited, so you never have to worry about stubborn hair growing back ever again!! They really take care of you, forever! NOW THATS EXCELLENT SERVICE. I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private.
