It has been a nightmare since day one. One of our family feels the need to be there almost daily to check on my mom. There is not enough staff...3 to 40 dementia residents at night , medication is given incorrectly, if given at all, my mom has fallen, at least twice...once needed to be transported to hospital ER with no accompaniment from the nursing home...I found her alone on a stretcher in the hallway of the ER. She is often left alone either in her room...or to wander the hall. All this for over 200.00 a day.

It was a long sleeved, yellow t-shirt that now has blue staining all over it. I contacted the company who made the shirt and they contacted the store. I also contacted the store and the person claimed she didn't know what I was talking about. I was told I could get a store credit, which I didn't want because I don't live in the area, I was there on vacation. My option was an exchange, which again makes no sense because I'm afraid the same thing will happen again. I was told that Sue needed to see the shirt, so I sent it back. I know it was received because there was tracking on the package and I've heard nothing. If ever in the area again, I will bypass this establishment and go someplace else.
