My mother was at this facility. She used a purewick system for urinating. They waited over 4 hours…read morebefore even coming into the room to hook it up. My mom didn't sleep well so she was awake a lot during the night. A couple of times she had bowel accidents in the bed. The night shift didn't check on her. Her call bell was not within reach. She lay in feces all night. Sickening! Another problem was feeding. Mom chocked easily. They served her her tray and walked away. Often there was what appeared to be a pork chop or steak. Mom said it was a leather patty. She couldn't chew it nor cut it. I personally asked them to mince it into smaller sections for her. Instead, they pureed it. She was mortified. She said she felt like she was being fed baby food. We had not asked for pureed meat, French toast, whatever was on the menu that day. Someone along the way messed up. Also, in the many days Mom was there she was never bathed, nor given a sponge bath. It seemed to be issue after issue, daily. Sadly, my mom has passed. Before she passed, after leaving this nursing home, she said that "she wouldn't send a dog there". I regret ever allowing her to be sent here!! This business needs to be looked into thoroughly, from the administration down to the janitors!! It's such a shame that our seniors suffer these issues after living successful, happy and respectable lives!! The care is subpar at best. I'm heartbroken for the residents. ​

His bathroom was so dirty, he had a bowel movement accident that got on the bowl and floor. The staff was told of this several times. Finally, on the 4th day, I cleaned his bathroom myself! His bed was never changed the whole time he was there. I will never put anyone I love in this facility again! The room was so dirty I couldn't get him out of there fast enough!
