At the same fall I also broke my left hip. Complications set in & finally after 30 days I was released from the hospital to rehab for just shy of two weeks. A week later back into the hospital with sepsis for another week. Then twice a week Home PT, OT & speech therapy for a total of 6 visits each week for 6 weeks. Here I am now at the best physical therapy conditioning center that I have used for over a year ago for problems to numerous to mention. My favorite Therapist Dr. Katie just went skiing & had a bad experience. She's out of work for quite sometime. She has me scheduled for twice a week for approximately 2 months with a young adorable, sweet intelligent woman named Cara. Funny thing is she looks like Katie. I met with Bethany Althaus, who listened intently, and designed a care plan that was helpful in not only preventing falls, but improved my quality of life. Office staff has mostly been responsive and kind to me, with a few exceptions. It's never been enough to turn me away from the office, but some room for improvement. I'd say their warmth and customer service is average for office staff.

The first day felt awkward because I didn't know where to go and who I was waiting to see. They had a mask policy at the time (this was March 2023) and had masks available if you didn't have one. The space is nice and seems to suit the needs of the center. The Therapists also use the gym equipment with you. The time spent kept me on track with physical fitness for my medical needs. I recommend for anyone with MS as they specify in MS rehab.
