Great place for PT! I have had many types of PT over my life and have never experienced the work…read morelike Frank Gentile! Frank has a gently approach that is heart directed and myofasical based. No elastics or exercise sheets, no he gets to the fibers of your issues and helps them to relax and gain your mobility back. Frank helps your body to naturally heal at it's own pace and when it's time exercises for strengthening begin. I highly, I MEAN HIGHLY recommend Scrarborough PT Associates for your PT needs. The facility also offers classes, massage therapy and other modalities of the healing arts. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Waiting area is clean and multiple reading materials provided as well. Parking is great usually close to the building a short walk to the entrance.

They hadn't even done the required legwork to get the surgical information from the surgeon's office. She spoke with her practice manager and asked for the notes to be requested. When she returned, she said there would be no charge that day, and then said we could start doing some therapy. I told her I didn't want her yanking my arm without her seeing the reports and knowing what the surgery entailed. On my way out, the front desk clerk INSISTED that a co-pay must be collected even though no work was done and the practice manager said there would be no charge that day. It was worth the $31 to get out of there and make the 45 minutes each-way drive to Brunswick for professional PT experiences. Avoid.
