They hadn't even done the required legwork to get the surgical information from the surgeon's office. She spoke with her practice manager and asked for the notes to be requested. When she returned, she said there would be no charge that day, and then said we could start doing some therapy. I told her I didn't want her yanking my arm without her seeing the reports and knowing what the surgery entailed. On my way out, the front desk clerk INSISTED that a co-pay must be collected even though no work was done and the practice manager said there would be no charge that day. It was worth the $31 to get out of there and make the 45 minutes each-way drive to Brunswick for professional PT experiences. Avoid.

The first day felt awkward because I didn't know where to go and who I was waiting to see. They had a mask policy at the time (this was March 2023) and had masks available if you didn't have one. The space is nice and seems to suit the needs of the center. The Therapists also use the gym equipment with you. The time spent kept me on track with physical fitness for my medical needs. I recommend for anyone with MS as they specify in MS rehab.

I met with Bethany Althaus, who listened intently, and designed a care plan that was helpful in not only preventing falls, but improved my quality of life. Office staff has mostly been responsive and kind to me, with a few exceptions. It's never been enough to turn me away from the office, but some room for improvement. I'd say their warmth and customer service is average for office staff.

I am…read morefairly new to the area so both Seacoast Physical Therapy and Dr. Cecily Cannon were both new to me. Back was making it hard for me to walk short distances. It was also impossible to walk upright. I am now upright (for the most part) and have been going to the gym for 3 weeks now 3-4 times a week. That would have not been possible without Seacoast. A lot of my gym routine is similar to what my rehab was. I am now starting to check in less with Seacoast. I slowed down there with a commitment from Matt to have the gym contact him anytime with any questions, concerns or updates. Matt had expectations for performance from me that ramped up as my body started to heal. Their rehabilitation regimen, I found to be quite effective. He is young, professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the rest of the staff at Seacoast are great! Thank you Shannon, Nancy, Ann Marie and Matt. If you are broke go see them. They will fix you!
