Since landing here pegasus a decade ago, I've since added several of the others in the practice to my healthcare team. I'm very happy with the convenience to 295, parking is great, staff is friendly and helpful, things generally flow very smoothly and I have not had to wait in the waiting area too long before. I have had longer than expected waits in the exam room, but I'm glad to know they are giving patients the time they need (I don't feel rushed when I'm there!) They have been very good to work with, in keeping my health needs on track!

They hadn't even done the required legwork to get the surgical information from the surgeon's office. She spoke with her practice manager and asked for the notes to be requested. When she returned, she said there would be no charge that day, and then said we could start doing some therapy. I told her I didn't want her yanking my arm without her seeing the reports and knowing what the surgery entailed. On my way out, the front desk clerk INSISTED that a co-pay must be collected even though no work was done and the practice manager said there would be no charge that day. It was worth the $31 to get out of there and make the 45 minutes each-way drive to Brunswick for professional PT experiences. Avoid.

I have been to other chiropractors, but something about the combination of Dr. Hayes's "magic adjustment table" and the Graston technique, which uses metal tools to get deep into your muscles, to relieve the pain from muscle knots in my shoulders has been the pain relief I've been looking for. He treats the whole patient, making you calm with chit chat while you wait. He does a heat and stim. Treatment to complete the appointment, which always leaves me feeling relaxed and calm.
