(She'd lost a hubcap, and wasn't at all shy about delegating replacement-finding to these guys.) They did the work we needed promptly, at the price quoted. There was no hint of trying to up-sell her on anything - and they found her the hubcap by day's end too. And a couple days later, when the car had a squeak, they uncomplainingly checked - yes, just brake dust - and sent her on her way, without charging her for checking. All-round straight dealing, it seems. Friendly, knowledgeable folks. (Sure, the shop's not pristine, but I don't personally require that of a mechanic: mildly grubby's no problem, if you effectively do the work.) I'd surely recommend these folks.

From the…read moreinitial phone call to the dealership to driving away in our beautiful new Red F 250 King Ranch, the sales staff (particularly Tim Kolodychak) were fabulous! Product shortages in the Buffalo, NY area caused us to have to look out of state for a diesel pickup truck. We found the vehicle we were looking for at Davies--five hours away. All paperwork was done remotely and even the challenges of the Buffalo Blizzard and the closure of our Buffalo Federal Credit Union for 6 days did not stop Davies from helping us complete the sale by year's end, which was an important tax timeframe for us. We could not have been happier with the vehicle, the service and the whole buying experience at Davies!

The general manager was more than happy to work with us with our trade and he made us feel like we got the best deal that we could. We went several places for offers on our vehicle and rotolos was the best. We felt very comfortable with their staff. We opted to get the rust protection etc and those services required rotolos to keep the car for a day. They not only called me the next day to schedule the time but offered me a loaner vehicle to drive so I wouldn't sit there all day. I would recommend to everyone that you check out the selection at rotolos. Their prices are fair and there service is wonderful.
