I went for inspection 2 week ago, I was given a paper on what needed done (2000 worth of work since my husband hit a deer) went back today and because my tail light is cracked (not broken) they failed me again. Its been cracked for 2 years and never had an issue before. I was called a lier by the first inspector because he said it wasn't there 2 weeks ago BS I then pulled out my phone and showed him the picture from 2 years ago with the same crack! Will NEVER go back, and I've been going there for 30 years. New owner is terrible! read more

The good thing I can say is they are a great place to find cheap tires. The bad is they are slow. I went in for 2 tires. It took them over 3 hours to change out 2 tires on the front of my car. It should've taken about an hour or so. If you are in a hurry, this isn't the place to go. But they do good work if you have time to wait. read more

I went in for front end alignment. Was called couple hrs later and told that I needed inner and outer tie rod ends. Funny. I just replaced inner tie rod ends approximately 1 month before that. Was told that it would cost 413.00 to replace. Parts are 40 dollars. PRICE GOUGING. Manager Chris came out and said no I don't need inner tie rod ends. Just outer. 373.00 dollars. WHAT !!!!. These people take advantage of seniors and over charge customers. BEWARE. And are getting by with it. read more

We took in a 2003 Dodge Ram for an issue with it shutting off while driving. They said it was the fuel pump and replaced for over $300. We had ongoing issues with the truck shortly after causing more money and time spent on finding out why it was sluggish at lower speeds. We finally found out that they put in the wrong fuel pump and it was the cause of the new problems. Because of this we spent another $300-$400 on parts & labor on parts we may not have needed. I will no longer be taking any vehicles to them for anything. read more

The people that work here are rude, ignorant, and condescending. They treat you horribly. I'm surprised they even have people that go back there for repeat service. Took my car her for service and went back at the end of the day to pick it up and they never even touched it, so I got in it and left and waited for them to call me to tell me someone stole my car. I found it funny when they called and they tried to explain what had happened....after I let him go on and on and on I finally said I have my car..you didn't even take care of what was needed to I took it. I called and said I would need 4 of the cheapest tires they had. The guy on the phone quoted me a price on f $109. i get there repeat the same thing it was hectic and I felt rushed. They called and said I actually only need 2 tires I was relieved but when I got there they charged me $220 I would not recommend anyone going to them. read more

I'm a pretty loyal Marsh Tire customer. When my cars are not under factory warranty they go to Marsh. They have worked with me many times to get my cars into shape. They are friendly and helpful when I have questions. There have been times when they didn't charge me because they had to send me somewhere else because the problem was beyond what they did (even though I know they spent 30+ minutes with the car). It is a busy place and Kevin can be abrupt, but it is worth it to me. read more

I have been a customer of Marsh Tire for many, many years. At least 15. Kevin has a heart of gold. He is upfront and honest. Might be a little moody at times. lol But, I have always been treated with respect and the mechanics don't talk down to me because I am a woman. I have taken my vehicles there for road trip checks and Kevin has made sure they are safe. I'll never forget the first time I was there. Marsh is close to a bend. Kevin ran out to the street to make sure no cars were coming so I could pull out safely. That impressed me. The labor rate is great and you will get a great front end alignment very inexpensively. All the reviews about this business who spoke about the rude employees should be listened too. Took my car there for a inspection and within the first 5 minutes had the one employee making jokes about my car and bad mouthing it. 10 minutes later the same employee made another rude comment questioning my own mechanical skill set for not fixing a dim odometer light. Then that same employee moved my car next door for an emissions test after originally telling him when I got there my car wouldn't need one, In the process of moving my car he broke my emergency brake cable and was "unable to finish inspecting it now". However, it is clear they don't care much for business as they are rude, don't get work done as promised, and are not cheap enough for me to put up with their nonsense. I purchased 4 tires a couple of years ago that costed $265 apiece when I got home to scrub the blue off of the white letter I noticed that the chrome factory rims that are on my Chevy Silverado had a crack, and the thing is I can't prove it because it was too late by the time I discovered it. The thing that pissed me off was they never told me they damaged it, but instead used a ball peen hammer to bang it back in place. So now I have a rim that is cracked with 15 dents in it. So today I go back and purchased two tires that I ordered a month ago, they didn't have them had to get what they had on stock. I even told the technician about the rim incident a couple years prior. He rolled his eyes and said he would be careful. After he was all done I looked at my damaged rim to find out it is worse then when I brought it in. So I went there quite a few times and the last time I was there they told me that they couldn't change my tires because I didn't have the key for my lock lug nuts. Whenever I know I set it out specifically for them. They tried charging me for sockets that they broke trying to get the Lugnuts off. And I had to go buy new Lugnuts for the whole car and they didn't even get the Lugnuts off I had to get them off myself. And mind you I did not break a single socket by taking them off. Eventually I finally got my new tires on with new Lugnuts and all then I found my key for the Lugnuts that I said out specifically for them shoved inside of my box for my sub woofers because one of the employees there told me they saw another guy put it in there. Kevin was a real asshole and did not treat me well at all he stuck up for his employee tooth and nail even after I had proof. The whole place is only looking to make a quick buck and not take care of their customers at all. If anyone is looking for a good tire shop check out RJ's auto repair right down the road in twilight Hollow. He is the best guy for tires, not marsh. Also my fiancé had a very horrible experience here. She had a gift certificate for an oil change tire rotation and alignment and they did not honor it in the end.
