The facility is fantastic in so many ways and the folks that I have met there are all friendly and helpful. Using the indoor track is easy and works in any kind of weather. The facility has generous hours that work for just about everyone. We have children and they enjoy the kid's area each time we visit. Thanks to the use of the fitness center, I have successfully lost 30 pounds (so far) in the past several weeks/months and plan to continue my journey to improved health.

I go there to play basketball when the weather Is still cold and half The time it's cool and easy to get a game or even wait for a while but people are polite and just trying to hoop.... But the other half the time it's rude people under 18 unsupervised cussing a lot, arguing constantly and playing game after game without any interest in letting others on the court . The place does nothing to organize the use of the one court they have or keep children out of the therapy pool or weight rooms and I've never once been asked if I'd like a trainer or to join a class . I don't mind kids but under 18 should have a parent with them at a public gym Hands down, end of story as a rule I'm not paying to work out in a daycare .and because it's in a "nice " neighborhood it's way overpriced.the hangout is a way better gym for the money in fort smith and has actual Trainers helping people work out on weights and resistance programs , a thriving tennis , soccer, and hoops community , wrestling room , good locker rooms, shooting rooms you can get to yourself for basketball , plus a full outdoor court . I've been going to this gym since 2022…read more Pretty solid range of equipment, usually all in good working order. Everything you need for a complete workout. Early in the morning or late at night it's not too busy, during daytime hours it tends to get pretty crowded. Locker rooms/showers are decent, but there's been a lot of paper towel trash and such scattered around on several occasions when I go in. They're okay, but not great. One of the main reasons I chose this gym was because it had a sauna. However, it would be nice if it were given a good cleaning once in a while. In the four years I've been here, I've never seen it get a full deep clean. A few spots of the benches are cracked and the heater has broken down on several occasions over the past few months. Sauna needs an overhaul in general, but is in desperate need of a real cleaning. Staff, no complaints at all. The staff is probably the best thing this place has going for it. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but have never had an issue with any of them. Every staff member I've interacted with has been good people.

Contract details weren't clear, and when I tried to cancel in advance, they talked me out of it and said I should put my account on hold. When putting my account on hold, they did not inform me that it would be a $30 every month That it was on hold. When I finally realized three months later that they were charging me, I called to cancel. Then they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. Just a heads-up for those considering their services!

Then tonight at 10:30PM, I start getting texts about how she canceled my husbands add on as a courtesy, but because it was the 2nd I had to pay again! Oh, and she has no record of me being there, BUT she canceled for me as a courtesy. How did she do that if there is no record of me coming to cancel? That doesn't make sense. This has been so mishandled. It took a month to get anywhere and then it's by text at 10:30PM. So unprofessional! I will dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunate!

The workouts are tough but fun, a nice mix of fast-paced and slow lifting and recovery. The equipment is top-of-the-line (treadmills, water rowers, dumbbells, benches, resistance bands, bosu balls, and other assorted equipment). The coaches are highly-trained professional trainers who push and encourage us to do our best and beyond what we think we can achieve. I have been a member for a little over year and have surpassed every goal I have set for myself. I can't recommend this program enough.
