She does what EVERYONE should do- keeps real track of what colors and cuts she did for a customer, communicates extremely well and does the right thing. Even the other customers there when I arrived said I was in great hands, and they were right! I've been in customer service for over 20 years, and I give her an A+ for doing the right things!!
