I had originally been pleased with the service and then it went downhill, they would have multiple people come and clean then only one stressed out person. The services stated on the advertisement I was later told they did not include and it was an extra charge. They would leave dust all over surfaces, leave baseboards noticeably dirty, not clean under sink rims, and not dust ceiling fans. I had to often complain and ask for things to be done differently. I even recommended them to a friend who was extremely dissatisfied with their services and saw them not even open doors to clean behind them. What an amazing team! I've been using them biweekly for 6 months now, and I can't believe it's taking me this long to leave a review. Mind you, its a house with 3 kids and a high-shedding dog. They manage to thoroughly clean our house above it all and without a doubt, do not need to be concerned with their work ethic. The apartment is literally sparkling, even the shower grout and the inside of the fridge! And it was frankly in desperate need of a clean when we left. I contacted Rosie Cleaning for a move-out cleaning of my 1 BR apartment. Scheduling was very easy, I even needed to reschedule on semi-short notice. They were very accommodating and understanding. When they arrived the day of, they had all of their supplies with them and immediately split up to clean the entire apartment including inside an oven that had never been cleaned.... When we had our daughter, MZK made sure to come while we were in the hospital so that we would come home to a clean house.
