I first hired Rosie's to do a deep clean of my two bathrooms and the kitchen. Scheduling was easy and the business was flexible to my schedule and incredibly responsive. The cleaning was quick and mostly well done. However, there were a few small details that were overlooked (a wipe down here or there that was still dusty). I've since hired Rosie's to clean for me once a month and had my first cleaning last week. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and have referred them to several friends. read more

The worst cleaning company that I ever used. The cleaning lady left my house full of spots and dirty sink. The supervisor very unprofessional and started resining her voice. CRAZY CRAZY. read more

We used Rosie Cleaning for the first time this morning for a deep clean of our townhouse and I am so so so happy with the job they did! The team was prompt, so professional and friendly, and they did such a thorough job. We are new parents so (as you can imagine) our lives have been super hectic lately and this service totally allowed me to relax a little bit! I highly recommend their services and we will definitely be using them again! read more

Rosie cleaning does an amazing job cleaning our three floor townhouse. Our hardwood floors look brand new again after they have cleaned them and they are great at cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, windows and other hard to reach places. Scheduling is very easy, they always follow up with you to confirm the date and time of cleaning and the prices are very reasonable for the great job that they do! read more

I had originally been pleased with the service and then it went downhill, they would have multiple people come and clean then only one stressed out person. The services stated on the advertisement I was later told they did not include and it was an extra charge. They would leave dust all over surfaces, leave baseboards noticeably dirty, not clean under sink rims, and not dust ceiling fans. I had to often complain and ask for things to be done differently. I even recommended them to a friend who was extremely dissatisfied with their services and saw them not even open doors to clean behind them. As I asked for additional clarification on other services they responded with we will no long come to your house. I would not recommend them again read more

What an amazing team! I've been using them biweekly for 6 months now, and I can't believe it's taking me this long to leave a review. Mind you, its a house with 3 kids and a high-shedding dog. They manage to thoroughly clean our house above it all and without a doubt, do not need to be concerned with their work ethic. It would be selfish of me to not recommend them and I know that they will make it big because of their awesome customer service and impeccable cleaning services. read more

These folks have perfect reviews for a reason!! Rosie Cleaning did our apartment move-out cleaning yesterday, and they did a phenomenal job. The apartment is literally sparkling, even the shower grout and the inside of the fridge! And it was frankly in desperate need of a clean when we left. We had originally booked RC to do our move-in cleaning to our new house as well. Unfortunately we had to cancel that booking when we got short on time, but when my husband saw the clean apartment he said he regretted canceling! Will definitely book for a regular cleaning in the near future. Thanks! read more

Don't hesitate, book with Rosie's Cleaning today! read more

I contacted Rosie Cleaning for a move-out cleaning of my 1 BR apartment. Scheduling was very easy, I even needed to reschedule on semi-short notice. They were very accommodating and understanding. When they arrived the day of, they had all of their supplies with them and immediately split up to clean the entire apartment including inside an oven that had never been cleaned.... It was done SO quickly and they left the apartment spotless. Very impressed, would highly recommend! read more

Rosie Cleaning service did an excellent job in cleaning my home! Their prices were fair and the team always arrived on time and were professional. I first contacted Rosie when I was 7 months pregnant, working full time and found it difficult to keep my house clean. Her team thoroughly cleaned my house and it always put a smile on my face to see how great my home looked afterwards. Great communication, pricing, professionalism and expertise....you can't get any better than that! read more

Great service by an amazing crew. I scheduled a cleaning for my parents house and the entire experience with Rosie was flawless. Karen quickly scheduled the appointment, followed up a day before to confirm the appointment and again right after the cleaning. The hard working crew did an amazing job cleaning. Our family recently hired MZK to do a deep clean of our 4 bedroom house. I have nothing but positive feedback for Kelvin and his team. We have decided to hire MZK on a permanent basis for our housekeeping needs. Kelvin is professional and courteous and if I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thank you Joel and Violet Ross. They are prompt, efficient, reasonable and they do a good job, what more can you ask for? Also, they are always willing to fit me in even when I'm late to schedule service. I'd highly recommend this team! read more

MZK is amazing. One of the things we like best is that they work to build a relationship with Clients. When we had our daughter, MZK made sure to come while we were in the hospital so that we would come home to a clean house. They are great with regularly scheduled cleanings, and always text reminders the week they are supposed to come. They make it very easy, and they do a very thorough job. We highly recommend them. read more

This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. I can't say enough about how amazing they are. They aren't just some robotic cleaning service; they treat you like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, are always available to discuss cleaning times, and open to moving them if the need arises. They cleaned my house to the point of white glove staying white - and that was after I needed a full, thorough 'cleanse cleaning'. I am so lucky to have found them - even when my appointment is set, I already feel so much stress relief. They are a team and work closely together to ensure that what you NEED is done, not just some checklist they have. I have never felt better about actually having a cleaning service scheduled. In the past it was a one time try, and then back to me picking up the pieces. If you leave specific notes of things that are out of the ordinary? Consider them done. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. They are real people, who understand whatever kind of cleaning you need. They get it, and do it, and it truly makes the experience wonderful. I'm so lucky to have found them! read more
