I complained about it and the manager told me that I could come back and pay 50% of the price I had paid initially for them to do it again. I complained within a week of them doing the service, but they said I was beyond the period for them to do it for no charge. I get my brows done at Ulta and other places and never had this problem. They always cover the gray to my satisfaction. I initially agreed to go and decided not to. Why should I pay them a second time for something that they did not get right the first? I won't be going back.
