I got a Brazilian done with Roshni. She was very professional and soothing. She did the whole Brazilian in 7 min which is record time! The result was very clean. Yes it was a little more painful than my other lady but I got through it quickly. I would totally recommend her. Also, I am very surprised that she has negative reviews. Yea, she may try to upsell, but that's okay. She's a business owner. I don't mind that it's a basement because it's very clean and in a very nice area. read more

I wouldn't have an issue that this was someone's house if she was a stellar aesthetician. Unfortunately, she is not. I bought a Groupon (she always has Groupon's) and made an appointment with Roshni. I went in for a brazilian wax and eyebrow thread. Both were disappointments. Not only did she not do a thorough job with the wax, I came out with two different eyebrows, and I was in pain. Roshni made the mistake of bragging to me about her clientele while she was working on me, which gave me very high expectations. Unfortunately when I got home and realized the damage, it was too late. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't be cheap and get a Groupon from her. You'd be better off going to a different, trusted, salon, and getting the most out of your money. read more

Got a Groupon: also had no idea it was a basement. I wasn't relaxed at all as I could hear people upstairs. I only got 30 mins and felt pressured into upgrading and re booking. I could of bought all the stuff she had which wasn't one single line at tjmaxx and done this myself. I'm very disappointed. She only extracted for a minute or two and did it with gloves and her hands. This is damaging to the skin which is why I wanted to get a facial. I'll call Groupon. Don't want anyone else to have that type of experience. read more

It's just waste of money going there. It's just waste of money going there. It's just waste of money going there. It's just waste of money going there. Long back when i went there she said micro balding is very good for your skin and it will remove dead skin at that time she forced me to that. when i went two weeks back to do this , she told me that it's just to remove the hair on face and it won't remove dead skin and she forced me to try other facial so i said yes, after some time she told me this wont suit for your skin just i'll put face pack. The face pack was just 3 minutes and she charged 45$ for that and she said your face got so much glow, she is magically(lazy) lady with out message she can get glow. Other spas are waiting time for 40 minutes for 1 facial. It's just waste of money going there. It's just waste of money going there. It's just waste of money going there. I bought a Groupon for this place, and what I did not realize was that it was run out of somebody's house. I was very surprised when I pulled up to a very residential neighborhood. I don't really have a problem with this other than the fact that I thought I was going to an actual salon in a business setting. The woman was very nice, however I prefer hard wax and she uses the strips which was very painful and left a lot of bleeding down there as I had gotten a Brazilian wax. I also got my eyebrows threaded and she send my eyebrows out before asking what I wanted or how I like my eyebrows. I didn't like that. My eyebrows are really important to me and take forever to grow out so I will not be going back there. I have found alternatives and wouldn't really recommend this place to a friend. read more

Okay, this review is a bit late. I purchased a Groupon for a Bikini wax (I know, bad idea, I learned to stick with my regular girl). The "spa" is in a residential neighborhood in the basement of her home. Her home is beautiful, however I would prefer to receive spa services at an actual spa. At the time I went there was no marked "spa" entrance, so I rang her front doorbell. She told me something about a door around back but never showed it to me (I still don't know where it was). She she had me come in and lie down, and started the waxing. When I tell you it was the most painful waxing experience of my life I am not kidding. Bikini waxing is not new to me, but this wax caused major bruising and even a little bleeding. When she was done and I was able to get dressed again my "lady parts" still had wax on them and stuck to my underwear. It was incredibly painful just to walk to my car later. If that had been my first experience with waxing, I'm sure I would never have done it again. I really wish I could give a better review. Rossini herself was very nice. read more

I'm going to give a slightly better review than the others. My husband purchased a Groupon for me and I enjoy getting facials at a discount. Yes, it's in a basement, but she's very pleasant and informed me of everything she was doing and asked about upgrades. I don't like Dermalogica, so I passed on that and the other brand she has and it was fine. My appointment was on a weekday and no one else was home so I didn't hear anything. She should advise customers that they will be arriving in a residential neighborhood for her in-home salon. She threaded my upper lip for no charge. The bed was less sturdy than one in a salon. I don't know about the towels/blankets. I really hope she used fresh linens. read more

I like the other reviewer was unclear that "spa" was run out of her home. The whole experience was just odd. The facial was ok but I felt pressured to upgrade to anti aging facial which was 25 more and to wax my eyebrows she charged 30. Also she was trying to pressure me to rebook, not my cup of tea at all. read more

If she will come to know you have a Groupon she will always try to avoid you. I have called her couple times for appointment but she always said she is busy. After trying couple times finally she picked up my call and said " you can come tomorrow" I was just on call with her and i guess someone came there to meet her and she became busy with that person and forgot me on phone and hung up my call. So unprofessional .She don't know how to talk with customers. I will definitely contact Groupon for refund. read more

When we arrived to her house, she had us take off our shoes and leave them at the front door (which was fine with me). It was my mother's turn and I wanted to sit down in the facial room with her since there was a language barrier (my mom only speaks Spanish) but the esthetician did not want me to until I had to ask her a couple times. She began my moms facial. She steamed her face for about 5 minutes and then proceeded to extract her pores. My mom, who is an elderly woman, found it very painful so I asked the esthetician to skip the extraction step. After that, she applied a cream to my moms face and that was all. The whole entire "facial" took no more than 15 minutes. After everything, she asked me when my mom would want to come back for another appointment and I told her that I would ask my mom later which to that she responded "ask her now." It was very awkward and inappropriate. As we were getting ready to leave, she wanted us to exit from the basement door all while our shoes were still upstairs at the front door. The whole experience made me feel like she just wanted to take our money and didn't care for customer service whatsoever. read more

It was terrible! A few hours ago I did Brazilian wax here, this master coped for 10 minutes. She left a lot of hairs and bruises, because doesn't hold the skin. I do not recommend her to anyone! read more

This is a dingy and cold basement to someone's house . Definitely not a spa! Horrible service, very pushy to select products unhygienic as she used the same blankets and towels from my session for the next appointment. Do not get tempted by prices on Groupon and enter this place it is very deceiving and nothing as described on its website or Groupon. read more

I got a groupon ($29)and when I called her about it she said she had no groupon appointments available. She said she had 2 people accepting groupons and 2 not accepting, but they were running a special for $40. Then I got there she said the anti-aging facial was $55. Not to mention, the "spa" is in her basement (it is a finished basement) and there are no other people working there. I got on the rickety table, thought I would fall off, she had some music on and said relax while the steam works, then she's scrunching plastic wrap in the room, and making all kinds of noise. She is very pleasant, but I certainly won't be back. Especially, I had to go out the basement door through an uphill back yard to get back to my car. read more

I got a groupon($29) and when I called her she had no appointment available on weekend for groupon. She gave me appointment for Friday afternoon 3:30 which was wrong time because according to her the appointment was @ 3:00 and I was late and couldn't use groupon since it was cancelled because they had 24 hour cancellation policy which is never mentioned on groupon site or her website and she told me she can give me discount whenever I come back. I would never ever go to such a liar and unprofessional person. these people should not allowed to put deals on groupon. read more
