P.S. The Halloween horse shows are my favourite. :-) You dress up, do fun games, compete, and enjoy the festives. I like how the barn decorates and creates an exciting show for spectators, coaches, judges, and riders!!! Keely Ryan is a great instructor and patient with children. Keely will teach you how to be safe and a good horseback rider for MULTIPLE riding disciplines! The barn has a plethora of amazing horses to ride and In Your Dreams Farm will put you on a horse they think will suit you and gradually you will be able to ride them all!!! Oh, their trail rides are so beautiful. They have a huge piece of land with a Woods, Rivers, and a large Lake! I like taking a slow ride across their Dam because of the spectacular view! The highlight of our visit was a ghost tour at Dahlonega Walking Tours. Penny and Jeremy welcomed our group to enjoy a glass of wine on the porch before heading out to learn about the colorful history of Dahlonega and the unnerving happenings that are brought to life through Jeremy's entertaining and engaging storytelling. We walked through Hope cemetery in the dark trying to catch a glimpse of a white-gowned woman or a long-gone soldier. We heard how the ghost of Mrs Vickery would visit students at the college's Vickery House when they themselves alone after hours. Many photos were taken with one or two containing some rather interesting objects. Jeremy's tour was a good combination of local history and the paranormal. It is not to be missed! We ended our tour with another glass of wine on the porch as we shared pictures and stories. Thank you for your hospitality! We will be back!

The walk is about a mile and half but plenty of breaks and some stops do have places to sit. Recommend also going early grabbing a glass of wine from a Georgia winery and enjoying their beautiful porch that over looks the square. This tour was my favorite part of the trip and highly recommend booking!

She has a lot of patience and is positive and really understands kids like my daughter who have anxiety or ADHD or just need someone who understands. It's refreshing to have someone who is positive and caring and doesn't yell. The other trainers at the barn are equally amazing. It doesn't matter if you are 5 or 65, you will be treated with kindness and respect and learn so much! This barn is well maintained and the horses are well taken care of. They are always glad to see all the people. This barn is like a family. You should definitely come to be part of it!

I recently moved my horse to Jaid stables at the beginning of September. It has been an amazing month with top notch care and attention to my horse. They love her like their own and I never have to worry about not being able to make it to the barn some days because I know that she is getting top notch care. In addition to their 5 star boarding, the trainers are top notch! My horse receives training rides once a week and is already showing vast improvements on the flat and over fences. My weekly lessons are always engaging and present new but feasible challenges that help me grow and become a better rider. Although I am not showing at the moment all of their riders have demonstrated top placings at local and A rated shows. I can't wait to start competing with Jaid next season!
