Therefore, I tend to use the online contact forms on a company's website. If they respond in a timely manner, that shows me that they want my business. When using the contact form on the website for DIGN Homes about my need for roof repair after a storm, I never heard a peep from the company. No phone call, text or email. However, (and this may just be a coincidence), the next morning at 9:20am someone is ringing my doorbell as I am sleeping. I have signs at both my doors stating I am a night shift worker. Do not disturb. I live in a gated community so no strangers should be able to get in and ring the bell. I get up thinking a neighbor needs help. Instead I see a carpet cleaning van in front of my home. Did DIGN Homes send a carpet cleaner unannounced in response to a roofing job??? Either way there was no communication from this company after I submitted my inquiry online. Don't set up an online form if you're not going to use it.

I had to drag them 70ft, to the front of my house and put them along the pile of debris that Mathew wanted to put in my trash can, but I didn't want left over debris in my trash can, it is not a dumpster!! I texted Mathew right after he left. Told him I asked him to take the debris away. Did not hear back from him ,this morning Monday March 16th, 6.30am, I left a message to pick up the debris from my house by 12pm, Mathew responded I never said I would haul off the left over material, said he cleaned up to the best of his ability, plus if he did haul away the material and debris , there would be a $75.00 charge. At the end of the day I still have this job debris on my side yard , that I have to get rid of . And the cost of having that done ! Does not make me feel good! Exceptional from Day One!!!…read more As a property manager newly assigned to a mobile home park, I struggled to find a landscaping company that could truly handle the scope and condition of the grounds. I decided to try one more time and came across M&J Landscaping Management, LLC--and they absolutely blew me away with their professionalism, courtesy, and follow-through. The park was in rough shape when they arrived. M&J developed a clear plan, communicated timelines, and then went above and beyond: debris and trash removal, detailed mowing and edging, hedge/bush shaping, tree and palm work, irrigation fixes--the works. By the time they finished, the property's curb appeal was like new. Residents noticed, ownership noticed, and I noticed. On the strength of that transformation, we signed a three-year contract, and M&J delivered the same high standard week after week--punctual crews, safety-first practices, and proactive communication (before/after photos, quick responses, and smart recommendations). When the park was later sold, the new management chose to use in-house staff and quality declined--I couldn't influence that decision. But when I moved on to manage a different property, the first call I made was to M&J. They exceeded expectations again. I highly recommend M&J Landscaping Management. They're reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and take real pride in their work. If you want a true partner--not just a vendor--call M&J. They're awesome. High Value!

He had me go to Lowes (online) and order the replacement unit, so I wasn't paying a markup from the installer. He picked up the unit from Lowes and just charged for the install.
