I also found a satin robe for $10 which is better than any online deal I could find. The employees are always nice and the store is fairly well organized. Always menswear one the right, womenswear on the left and kids clothing in the back. There is also layaway, which I have used during the holidays and purchasing school clothes for my daughter. But I shopped the sh*t out of them when I did! I love flip flops and they were just stocked on spring merch, so I attacked the flip flop wall! So many brands I wasn't familiar with in the flip flop world, but cute styles and really good quality! I Googled all of them before buying and the discounts were steep at Bealls!!! I got 5pr flip flops! They had all the departments a TJ Maxx would have, but some different brands. The brands were all good quality here, and I was really impressed with prices, especially compared to TJX and Ross stores. I got my son a truck he loves, which is a huge seller on Amazon for $15... I paid $8 at Bealls Outlet! Got a 9" salt lamp on clearance for $7.50, also a cat scratch cardboard thing for $4.50, just like the $5 one at Five Below, but the Bealls one has catnip included and was better quality. Got a high quality Nerf dog ball launcher for $5 ($15 on Amazon), and a set of dinosaur board books for my son, again half the price of Amazon! This is a great store with very good bargains! The policy is the same nationwide. In fact, every other location I've been to said policy is for the store to even exchange for merch in store, OR online order the items at an even exchange price if they don't have them in store, with free shipping to your home. I told Anita all of this at least twice, but Anita refused to make an even exchange for my exact items in a smaller size, which she said she even had in stock. This is fraud, as in deliberately misrepresenting corporate store policy. Idk if this was discriminatory against me for some personal reason, or if management at this store lies to customers to get out of the five minutes it takes to help someone, or if Anita is ignorant of how to do her job and needs to be retrained? Any which way, this is a major FAIL for Old Navy. I explained repeatedly what corporate policy was but Anita refused to honor it, which was bizarre. She basically decided to treat me against store policy which is discrimination isn't it? Anyway, she was super unprofessional, and on top of that, when she finished my return (instead of exchange) her demeanor was frankly hostile, like she was pissed I didn't fall for her bullying me to try to make me pay full price on items she should have exchanged at an even exchange. Absolutely horrific experience. Anita, IME is terrible as a manager, and has zero customer service skills. I sent a complaint to ON customer service for my wasted time and aggravation. Much better than the super Walmart down the street…read more Some items were not available at the larger Walmart the day prior (Romain lettuce and Naturdays), and we were not in the mood to fight through Sunday's crowd. Although some aisles were blocked while employees stocked, many other aisles were clear and less foot traffic than other grocery stores. We easily found everything we needed and the selection was great. Checkout was really fast and no lines. Only one star was lost for the aisles being blocked and the tons of carts in the parking area. Otherwise, we love this store and will be here often in the future.

Last week I was in St. Simon's Island for my family's vacation and was thrilled to finally see the shop in person! I was so excited and couldn't wait to finally go to the real store, but when I got there I have to admit, I was extremely underwhelmed. They barely had ANY smalls in stock-- all mediums and larges. So I couldn't have purchased anything even if I wanted to...but what really disappointed me was the customer service. They were young girls (I am 25, and have worked in retail before so I am allowed to be upset) Neither one of them once left from behind the register to greet, help, or answer any questions. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have looked up if I didn't say hi. Extremely disappointed by the whole situation, and has honestly left a bad taste in my mouth for future shopping. Do better, Shop Hopes.
