The store is neat and organized and they will order your size if it's out of stock.(free shipping ) Even my husband has been pleased to shop here for children. I wish they had more sales that didn't require buying two pairs of shoes. But that's what they do in all rack rooms. I like this particular store. Recently I bought two pairs of leather Booties I just loved and saved a lot! I shopped online, and two other stores in the mall and each were priced higher than The Shoe Dept. As I browsed around the prices for most of their shoes were definitely better than the competitors. Finding any quality American made products very difficult to find here also. They have a wide selection of shoes and footwear. The fact that they are in a mall also allowed me to get a quick bite to eat afterwards which made my journey complete. The staff were certainly helpful and friendly and answered my questions. I know that usually mall shopping is more expensive but this was not the case here. I will shop here again.
