One of the bikes that I received did not have a front fender and then on Christmas Day the same bike wouldn't stay running either. So I drove 60 miles to return it or exchange it. When I walked up to the customer service desk I was greeted by a very rude female employee. It was like she was excited to tell me that there were no returns on gas powered items. She offered no help except to slam a piece of paper on the counter in front of me that said "No returns" . So now one of my grandsons is without a Christmas present. This store appeared to me on the horizon like the mirage of an oasis in a desert to settlers pushing west. The grey haired goddess at the dressing room was quick and helpful and did not judge my borderline homeless appearance. The gentleman on register seven who let a small child cut in line in front of me not only gave this seven year old polite thorough service but was my shepherd through my laundry famine. 10/10. Just another tj max but the service was tight
