I am really pleased with the service I received today. The online ordering was easy to use, which was a must since I live in America. I was updated by email throughout the process and within four hours my order was out for delivery. My mom received her flowers by noon and was in tears, so I was very happy about that. I love that they send you a picture of the final product, but I'm not sure if that is something they personally do or if that's common practice for florists since this was my first time using this type of service. For a first time experience I am very happy and if I ever need to send flowers again I will be sure to use them. The only thing I could maybe complain about is that it would be nice to track it once out for delivery, but I'm not docking them a star because I can't be sure if that is something they can control and the delivery was free anyways. read more

I usually give Roses are Red 5 stars but only 4 this time because the white roses I ordered for my special someone didn't last for 5 days as many of them wilted rather early than that. However I am sure that they'll be glad to replace them like they did for me last time. :) As for living across seas and being able to place an order about 4 hours before working hours.
