I should've know when I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one client in there that something was wrong. I got an overlay and that evening my nail polish was peeling off of 3 of my nails. I went back in when they opened on Monday and there did "attempt" to fix them and doing that made them worse. She just very sloppily added thick coats of polish to my nails in an attempt to fix them. Even with doing that the polish was peeling off of two of those nails by the next day. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. I wish I could give them zero stars!

Quiet time to yourself if thats your choice. - Two of us leave here on a fairly regular basis happy and loving our mani pedis, waxes etc. Combine all of that with plenty of free parking in a small strip mall that also included a post office, ice cream parlor, pretzel shop, thrift shop and a soap emporium and you could have a very nice half of a day here.

Had a gift card to this place so I stopped in for a pedicure last week. I usually do my own nails,…read moreso it was a nice treat. The lady that did mine did a good job. The only thing that bothered me was when I went to pay. It was $25 and I gave her a $15 gift card and a twenty dollar bill, and she took the money and said thank you. So I stood there and waited for my change because I typically tip five bucks, but she only gave me five bucks back (instead of ten). So I was like did you take your tip already and she said no and sort of gave me this look. I was a bit confused at this point and thought maybe I had heard her wrong when she said it was $25 so I just gave her the five and left. I didn't feel like arguing and felt like she was giving me a "you are a cheapo" vibe. Whatever. Anyway, it seems to be a popular place - the place was packed the whole time. I may go back again sometime.

After being there for 3 hours I had to leave unhappy with my nails. Nails were not properly shaped or buffed and nail polish color on hands were did not match. I requested a purple with matte finish. Pedicure color was exactly what requested but manicure was a different purple. She nodded and brushed me off. I returned the next day to give her an opportunity to fix my nails and she still was ill mannered. She spoke about being tired of doing nails after 30 years and she was planning on retiring this year. She proceeded to tell me I got a deal because other places charge for matte finish. I paid $75 for pedicure and manicure and was subjected to pure disrespect. Besides being rude her skill level is subpar. As I was leaving I told her I was unhappy with her service and her reply was "that is ok". Never again!!!!! If I could give negative Stars I would.

I was excited to try a new place by my house as I usually go to places in Center City Philadelphia…read moreand then have to drive home. Amy was great and if you're going to go here you should ask for her specifically. No one was in the salon when I arrived and Amy took me right away to start on my gel mani (I also was getting a regular pedi). She did a fantastic job at making sure everything looked the way I wanted it too. I was a little disappointed that there was no hand massage or anything additional as I usually pay the same amount in Philly and get a neck massage, hand massage, free drink etc. The pedi was done by someone else and ended up lasting over an hour which was fantastic. The massages with hot stones and oils, etc. were amazing and I was so pleased. The massage chair always an added bonus. My only complaint is I asked for my toe nails to be cut very short and they are! However, they're also very crooked and slanted. The color on my toes didn't match the color on my fingers, but I don't mind that myself so no real complaints just more an observation. My pinkie toe had smudged before I even got home which was a bummer, but I sort of rushed the drying time so that could have been my fault. I'll definitely be coming back and I'll make an appointment to have Amy specifically. Note - you should either tip with cash OR tell them before they run your card that you want to tip with your card. They have to process it separately otherwise.
