I come here all the time and have be please with my service but I notice they treat adolescents that come alone differently. Today, August 1st I sent my 16 year old in to the nail salon to put my name in and ask a round about time. She wasn't greeted and then got told "if you don't wanna wait come back tomorrow " rudely. I have made many visits over the last 5 years. I will not use them anymore. One positive is they have a great selection of dip powder colors. That is what kept me coming back (along with location ). However I find the environment to be very unwelcoming and unfriendly AND often felt services were rushed so that they could just get to the next customer. I understand that a nail salon wants to accommodate as many people as possible, but my $55 pedi service should never be rushed. We should get the same quality service anytime we visit. And this last time, my toes looked terrible. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable when we were last there. An employee was reprimanded for telling a walk in that it was going to be a long wait. Then there was a mom who brought her toddler in for a mani and pedi, and the owner very rudely asked if she was going to sit still . My 15 year old was so upset when observing this. What could be improved is when getting a Pedicure to ask you to scrape the bottom of your foot before they do it. She did so hard that my skin literally peel off. Not happy at all Then she said it was there before. read more

This place is the worst. It reeks of fumes, and the service is deplorable. as far as I can tell, it's very poorly managed. There's never anyone available to attend to guests walking in the door. It was my first visit here and I was a little disappointed. Not disappointed in the service or the way my nails were done, but in the product used. They must have used a cheap top coat on my regular polish manicure. As soon as I got home I noticed every one of my nails had bubbles all over them (see picture). Then the next day, I went in a pool and my nails became sticky. It was like the pool water melted the top coat. Within hours after that all of the polish smudged or came off. The woman who did my nails was very nice and did a great job on the actual pedicure and manicure. Next time I may just bring my own products. read more

The nail salon is busy and the pictures online are amazing. I went in as I go to the gym next store but the technician acted like I was a bother to her. She never offered any other services when she was done but rushed to sit on her phone. She couldn't even pick up head head when I handed her a tip. She cut my nails uneven on each big toe which is annoying as one is diagonally cut and is shorter than the other. I checked it out as it was close but wont return. read more

I started coming here because one of my friends lives closer to this nail salon and we always get our nails done together. They are pricier than my old place but from all the times I have come I can see why. As soon as you walk in you always feel welcome because they all make sure to greet you and ask how they can help you , even if they are busy. It's just great to feel acknowledged. I used to get acrylic but the manager Anna asked if I would try something new and I'm flexible so I said yes. I now get something called a UV sculpting gel. It's hard like acrylic but it's a much prettier color and so much more light weight. Every time I go I almost always consider just leaving the nail with only the sculpting gel because it's the perfect light whitish pink color. She (the Mgr Anna) said it's also alot healthier for your nails so the fact that she suggested something better for me was really impressive and I have not gone back to acrylic since then! I have come 5 times and sadly do not have a picture of all the designs I've gotten but I started taking pictures the last 2 times for review purposes so I'll include those! Definitely check them out! I've only seen Anna but everyone there seems great and they all have loyal clients so check them out! read more

WASTE OF $130!!! Worker cut my eyebrows so bad to the point I have scabs. My nail bed was also cut causing me to bleed. Worker was rushing so much she only put one coat of polish on that peeled off the next day. Was in shop for over 2 hrs and didn't notice all the damage until I was home. Came back the next day and stood up front nobody would acknowledge me for 15 mins. Manager and the worker gave service both purposely ignored me as well. read more

I don't normally go to the nail salon b/c I've always had a bad experience. BUT...a friend recommended this place and it was close by so I gave it a shot. I was highly satisfied, it was later in the evening right before closing so to be honest I expected a rush job. I went to Anna, and instead of rushing she took her time. She was also kind and friendly and helped me decided what to get to keep my nails healthy. What I asked for vs. what I received were spot on!! So happy! I've come here a plethora of times since they opened, had essentially the entire staff work with me and I have NEVER had an issue but always been pleased. I go here a lot bc it's brand new and right near my house. They usually do a decent job. However, I am so angry that I needed to write this review. First, I made an appointment to get my nails done for vacation. Made the appt for 5:30, rushes from work to make it it there on time. Didn't start getting my nails worked on until 6:00pm. Don't make appts if your not gonna honor them! Simple as that. Then when the lady was doing my nails she was so rough and fast I have a million cuts and blood marks all along my cuticles. I got the dip. My nails have never looked so bad. All rigidy, bumpy, uneven, each nail looks like a different shape the dip is just slipped on covering over my cuticles and its lifting all over the place. I really just want to take hem off. I went here for a pedicure and manicure. Pink & white for my manicure. I figured I would try this place out because it's close to my house and I was told Hollywood nails are usually good.. I have never been so horrified with my nails. I literally cried.. my nails actually hurt and there were chemicals left all over my fingertips. The paint job on my toes is pretty terrible. I had to sit for 2 hours getting my nails done and it makes no sense because they are so bad. No nail is the same shape and they are bumpy and don't even line up with my cuticle. I am going to my normal nail salon today to get them fixed. The woman made me spend $83.00 on these nails. Unbelievable. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone about my terrible experience. When I told them I was unsatisfied they unprofessionally involved another costumer to look at my nails- how rude!!! I've given them so many chances! 2nd visit, my pedicure was rushed, next visit was right before my daughter's wedding, and the woman who runs the place did my dip. I left and had to go get too coat because 2 nails had no shine whatsoever and another nail had lumps. Next visit I took my 11 year old and her bff...they got gel nails. The woman doing their nails left one of them under the lamp and never came back. Never did the lotion, and never told her when to take her hands OUT OF THE UV LIGHTS. Then yesterday I went and was supposed to get matching nails and toe nails..didn't realize until I came home that she obviously grabbed the wrong powder, because they do NOT match. So I am done with them. The only reason I kept trying was because it is close by. But I will drive further for good work. read more

Was in desperate need of a pedicure after training for and running a marathon (running is definitely not kind to feet!). I live in Boston and came home to visit family for Thanksgiving and figured I'd try the new nail place in the shopping center that just went up (since I'd last been home). I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly woman. I picked out my color and was seated right away. The woman did a great job on my pedicure, not rushing at all and checking in frequently to make sure the water was not too hot or cold and just genuinely caring about my experience. She cleaned every tool after she used it and did a great job on my toes. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! The facility itself was very clean and well kept. read more

Took myself and 2nieces well my one niece had a woman that would not stay off her cell phone between texting n reading messages then top it off talking on cellphone I cleared my throats acouple times. Not a way to run a business 2nd niece had a boy who jacked up her toenails plus she had sns nails done he had a woman help him acouple times least to say after he was done my niece went out to the car and cried (she went somewhere else to fix it and he also left the powder all over her hands) I supposedly had a regular manicure pedicure but my nails were left uneven She didn't file my toenails I went home and did them myself DO NOT WASTE your money This place will not be in business long and yes this is MY Opinion!!!!! read more

Three times I've walked in the door for service you would think being a chain that they would have a reputation and they would want to live up to it. The first time I went here I wanted a pedicure they told me a 20 minute wait. After waiting for 40 minutes they sent me back to the chair. I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes and noone would even make eye contact with me, so I left. Given that it was busy and I am usually up for giving a business a second chance I went again and this time got acrylic nails a French manicure. I was the first customer in the morning so there wasn't a weight issue the nails turned out OK however the white tips on my left hand were definitely longer than my right. Forward 4 weeks after I had soaked off the acrylic nails myself I went back and asked for another set of acrylic nails she said oh you should get gel, I explained to her I don't like gel I wanted acrylic nails again she said you should get gel again I had to tell her I don't like gel nails, she starts to get the gel and explains to me the process like I'm a moron. I told her that I will go down the street because there are about 20 shops nearby that will do acrylic nails and then she says oh we can do acrylic nails well why did I have to ask for them three times?
