She was very thorough in reviewing my records and symptoms and scheduled me for a colonoscopy to get to the "bottom" of things. She prescribed some meds and offered some advice on what to do for some of my issues. When I asked if Dr. Joshua Forman could perform the colonoscopy I was told yes. I was barely home when the Endoscopy Center called to schedule me for the following week. My experience with Jasmine who scheduled my appointment was TERRIBLE, but when I arrived the day of the procedure I was happy to see that the staff were so caring and friendly. Dr. Forman met me before the procedure and again afterwards. He was very no nonsense and kind. I appreciated that. I'm so happy they agreed to take me as a new patient.

GastroHealth portal does not work. They do not answer the phone. You must leave a message…read more. Ususally, you can get a return call after leaving 4 or 5 messages. My husband lost over 100 pounds and has severe anemia which has been ongoing for over a year. Other thannegative colonoscopy and 2 negtive upper endoscopies, they didn't have an answer. Just ordered hundreds of dollars of labwork that had already been done. Luckily Quest caught it exlained that if my husband had the labwork it was going to be several hundred dollars and the insuranve would not pay for it since the tests had already been done. The office just kept telling him to have the labwork anyway. We fially got a test result from Quest that finally provided the diagnosis but he has to wait until December to talk to the doctor. He needs treatment now though. By December he will probably lose another 25 pounds. My colonoscopy showed a polyp that GastroHealth could not remove so I had to go to someone else anyway. The doctor was okay but more of a colonoscopist than a health provider and only concerned with scheduling more endoscopies. Would not recommend. This would not post until I gave at least 1 star but no stars is more true.

Nurse Maggie called me the Friday before to confirm that I received my instructions and had directions. Interestingly, when I arrived today she also placed an IV in me. She made me feel relaxed and safe. Nurse Amber delivered outstanding bedside manner. During recovery she clearly went over my instructions. Dr Rao, the anesthesiologist, was attentive. I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure. Madeline was gentle and soft-spoken escorted me to the endoscopy. Finally, but certainly not least, my gastroenterologist, Dr Srinivas, was the exemplar of the caring and skilled professional. It's no fun preparing for the procedure but I definitely appreciate the excellent service.

Even though I was following recommended diet and taking probiotics along with OTC medications and medication for consumptions---None of those things worked. I asked my gastroenterologist and primary care physician to give me colonoscopy multiple times and they declined saying they don't see anything in my blood or stool test. Every tests they ran came back normal. However, I was having bloating, gas, and constipation issues that pretty much ruined my social and other forms of life.
