Price is reasonable... they have indoor pool if your into swimming , golf course nearby ... if you need a place to stay or to put a visiting family member up I would recommend this place. I've stayed at most of the hotels and motels in this area. This is the best by far. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Outside grounds were very well kept. Check in was a breeze and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall hotel and room were very clean. They are still serving a hot breakfast & coffee via walk up window (with plexiglass and masked server) and still offer cold items to go or eat there of cereal, breakfast bars and fruit, juices, milk, fruit cups, etc. Tables in the breakfast room were spaced out according to Covid rules. Room & bathroom were clean, spacious and updated and our room at the back of the building offered a great view of the gold course from the 3rd floor. Bed was very comfortable & sheets were soft. No complaints but have some improvement recommendations; TV is pitifully small; the lighting in the bathroom isn't conducive to putting on make up; (much too dim); the light inside the door is a CFL and isn't bright enough to see what's in your luggage on the luggage rack. Room could use more USB outlets (there is a "hidden" one in the clock.) A cleaning staff member was not wearing a mask but when brought up to the mgr, was corrected immediately.

The manager is not the scary woman anymore and their staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay without any issues.

I literally didn't think that this place could get any worse, then I found a loose PRESCRIPTION…read morepill in our room. This place has been an absolute nightmare. 1. This hotel is advertised as being dog friendly (not dog friendly with limitations). Come to find out, the room we initially booked is on the second floor and dogs aren't allowed there. To add to it, the initial room we booked with a jacuzzi doesn't have a shower. 2. The hotel advertised a $25 per stay (not per pet) REFUNDABLE pet deposit. This hotel, on the other hand, charges $34.17 per night, non refundable? 3. The initial room we booked was about $110 a night and, after it not being "dog friendly", we were moved to a different room that had a rate of about $65 a night. We were told that we would get refunded for the difference. When my husband went to to talk to the manager, she said "we will waive the pet deposit and that will make up the difference. That's all we can do." Well, that didn't suffice with me. I went and talked to the woman and she said "no, we will refund the difference, but we are charging you for the pet fee for both nights". The owner, I assume, got involved and said "we will waive the pet fee for your first night, but we're charging you for the second" 4. This place is run down and the room and other common areas are just gross. I know that this is not a 5 star hotel, but holy cow.... There is a limit to what is "tolerable" for a pet friendly 2-star hotel and this place is not even close to meeting that mark. 5. At breakfast, the options all looked nasty. After everything else that I have encountered, I was not about to try the food and risk getting food poisoning. They left a bowl of shredded cheese on the counter next to the hot bar without any refrigeration or ice. It literally looked melty by 9am. Absolutely disgusting. If the cheap rates entice you, look the other way. This place is terrible.

We pulled into Rosener's hoping to sit down and have a nice meal. My nieces ordered the buffet and I ordered my son a different meal. While my autistic son was waiting for his meal to come he took a bite off of a cookie or something small on my little nieces plate. One of the workers came rushing over to our table like a bat out of hell and proceeds to rudely demand that I pay for another buffet meal because he took that bite. I was completely in shock, I couldn't believe the way she had ran over so fast and then treated us like thieves. I could maybe understand if I had been trying to be sneaky and didn't order him a meal and was just planning on feeding him off of someone elses buffet plate, or if they had gotten that cookie just for him even though he didn't order it, but that was not even remotely close to what had happened. She talked very poorly to us, despite the fact that I was 100% cooperative and never even tried to argue. I was completely embarrassed and more importantly, deeply saddened for the way my son was treated even though he is just little and autistic and didn't know any better. I've never been made to feel so low, and have never been treated so poorly in a business establishment in all of my life. It was hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had. I feel sad for my son every time I think about it because he tries so hard and is such a good kid, and to be treated that way over something so small and over something he couldn't even understand due to his disability is just heart breaking to me. I will never dine there again and I would ask anyone who is sympathetic to those who suffer from autism to do the same.
