I said the tree was in-between two sprinkler heads so obviously there had to be a pvc sprinkler line near by so caution should have been used. Bottom line, they refused to reimburse me the $200 out of pocket expense I had to repair the line. And, they never returned the 3 text messages I sent. Finally, I didn't notice at the time but they didn't trim the magnolia tree I asked them to trim. I will not use them again.
