Hired to prune a tree and ground a root. They came out and pruned the tree but didn't bring the grinder to take care of the root. They told me they would return and take care of it but that's the last I ever heard from them. Update: Arbormaster finally came out to finish the job. Overall, they did a good job but if there's anything they could improve on it would be communicating with their customers and not leave them wandering what's going on. read more

Wonderful service! Unfortunately we lost 3 palms to the freeze. Arbormaster came to the house right away for a free estimate. We priced out several companies and they were very competitive. The owner is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Guys did a great job removing the dead palms, grinding the stumps out and cleaning up. We also had then prune some trees and they look great! They agreed to remove two trees, included in the price was the stump removal when they came to replant. Trying to reach them to determine what to replant was impossible. I have used Arbormaster services for many years at three different properties including tree removal/stump grinding, tree planting, and tree trimming. They do excellent work at a reasonable cost. Most recently they removed two large pine trees and planted a 100 gallon live oak at my daughters house. Paul the owner and his son were on site to insure the work was completed properly. Paul and his crew do excellent work in a safe manner. Their prices are reasonable and when they leave your property they complete a cleanup.
