Disappointed with PRP Microneedling Results and Experience…read more I had high hopes for PRP Microneedling after seeing so many positive feedback from people I know after getting the treatment , but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. I have shared all this with Dr and his staff but still would not acknowledge that I got little to none results. After bringing this to the Drs attention on my follow up appts (8 weeks later) I was told it would take a few sessions to see noticeable results, I was extremely disappointed I just didn't feel like risking another $1000 for just in case results . Sadly, I saw minimal improvement in my skin texture and my face In fact, I experienced more breakouts after each session, which only made me more self-conscious. Considering the high cost ( $1000 per session) the results just weren't worth it for me. I know it works for some people, but I don't think Dr knew how to use the depth of the needles since he expressed that he wanted to go deeper next time, (which I found out later that that's a big nono on PRP procedure) but I wish I had managed my expectations better or looked into other options more thoroughly before committing. Dr David Sire- Has Retired!!…read more I was introduced to this office by a few friends. After my initial phone call everything sounded good and validated my friends experience. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. When I called they did tell me the original doctor both of my friends recommended is not longer there. He's since retired. So this may explain my next part. On the phone u was quoted 120/140. For the visit and if I choose to have a service the upfront appt fee would be applied to my overall services. When I arrived it was a misunderstanding. Apparently the office visit for my service (Skin tag Removal) was separate. The credit applies to Botox and other such injections. ‍. My service including my consultation was about 300. They said they would bill my insurance for the office visit and I would pay 185. Out of pocket. Post service and the removal of the skin tags I did not receive a followup call to see how I was doing. No instructions, I just looked everything up on the web. Today 3 weeks post- I received a bill from their back office in the amount of 748. With a remaining balance of 31.46 for me to pay. This is a complete misrepresentation of cost I was never told the service we be in the area of. 700.. when I called the office they just referred me back to the billing service. This is what makes the cost of insurance so expensive. Over billing!!! No i wouldn't recommend this business.

This has yet to happen. People who came after me were all called in before me.. I don't think I've ever been seen "on time". I get called in AFTER my appointment time all the times I've been here What irks me most is how rushed everything is once you actually get into a room (including time with the doctor, time checking out). I tried to book with a different doctor to see if it's the same all around but they always schedule me with the doctor I've seen previously. But when the doctor comes in, I always feel like I have to mentally prepare all my questions and concerns before they leave because it literally feels so rushed. Also I hate how they always push for "bleaching" treatments versus alternatives. Overall, I do like this dermatology clinic but always so hesitant to come back because I feel like I'm treated like a revolving door.

He will be honest and upfront with how he feels about whatever you have going on with your skin. He caught some skin cancer that a previous dermatologist had pretty much laughed me out of his office when I went to see him about it. Dr. Park knew immediately that it was cancer. He will tell you that you can't say anything for certain with skin conditions, but he was pretty spot on with what he thought about the two areas I had biopsied. He referred me to an amazing Mohs procedure doctor. I am a week or so post procedure and doing well. I probably wouldn't be saying that if I had not seen Dr. Park and gotten a great referral. I will also say that the basal carcinoma I had on almost the tip of my nose was fairly large. Although Dr. Park is not a surgeon, he is pretty damn good with a scalpel. When I had my Mohs procedure, the nurse had to have me point out the area since Dr. Park did such a great job of cleanly removing the surface layer of the cancer. It was almost unnoticeable after that. The only negatives to his office are the front office staff seems like they may get a little mixed up from time to time but they are very sweet and try their very best. Things happen in a busy office and Dr. Park's office can be very busy. He is good at what he does so he should have a busy office. The couple things I had an issue with in the front office were that I was scheduled an appointment on one of those smaller holidays that most people don't have off that also turned out to be a holiday for them so I showed up for an appointment on a day they were closed. That should not have happened. Also, I had them mail me something, but it never arrived. I can't say for certain that it was them and not the postal service in my area since I have had issues with them in the past.

He spends majority of the time with you on his phone (most likely charting) but still, I would like my acne to be looked at before given prescriptions. What he had been prescribing had not been working, and at my last appointment, I came in requesting to be put on a popular acne medication for women. He began a rant how he doesn't prescribe that and how I will struggle with infertility due to my age and that the medication would make it worse. While this may be true, the bedside manner in which this was told to me was harsh and too blunt. He prescribed me instead a medication that was $200, which is too much for me to pay for a medication that may or may not work. He had also told me at one of my recent appointments that I had perioral dermatitis. After now seeing a new dermatologist, everything he had told me was not true (false information about the medication, my diagnosis). If possible; avoid coming here. My concerns were not heard and my skin was barely even glanced at.
