I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I have experienced…read morewith this law firm. My accident happened in April, and here we are in October, six months later, with very little communication or clarity regarding my case. During this time, I have been assigned three different case managers and two different attorneys. The constant turnover alone has been frustrating, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through and communication. I have repeatedly been told that my attorney would contact me, yet I am still waiting for a phone call. I should not have to continuously reach out just to receive basic updates about my own case. On top of everything, I have suffered significant financial losses due to property damage from this accident, and I still have questions about my legal options that have gone unanswered. I understand that legal cases take time, but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving clients in the dark for months. When someone hires an attorney, they expect communication, professionalism, and some level of reassurance that their case is being handled appropriately- 6 months, 3 case managers, 2 attorneys, and still no clear answers. That is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

In my case alone, Mr. Adam and his assistants made sure I knew that it just takes a little time, but all will be handled and you will receive justice. I may not know your case but if Adam is on it, just sit back and relax. Heck, I dropped out of college my junior year and was studying to become a lawyer no lie; Mr. Adam sparked my interest to go back and finish college at the age of 32, and now I'm able too because of Mr. Adam fighting on my behalf. Overall I would recommend, anytime and every time. Great lawyer, great person.

Spun me into median at 50mph, I walked away not knowing how bad a was really injured. My insurance( Geico) completely set me up- They called next day and I talked/explained how it happened all felt well until Geico used "pushed"vs. "pulled in the recorded phone call. Trying to put blame on me?They dropped me? I'm (40M) never been in vehicle accident, Geico only gave me 1/4 value of my truck $5k for pain and suffering- it just didn't feel right. Adam sent me to have MRI's(I had herniated disk), my eyes needed glasses(had perfect vision before). Just an all around disaster and disappointment on my part for trying to fix by myself. Insurance companies are evil, deceiving and flat out liars. I was referred to Adam from a friend. He's a stellar guy! He fixed my situation and got me additional help. Do yourself a favor- always go to the hospital after accident, don't call or text your insurance. Call Criaco, shut up, they will walk you through everything.

My facts and evidence are stronger than 99% of the "purely speculative" cases they do take. This is why I insisted on them telling me if they would take cases against a government BEFORE setting up/paying for consultation. As I predicted, the immediately declined to have any involvement with an opposing party is a governmental entity. Had I not pushed for a response, I would've been out $500 for their firm to just tell me that they don't take cases against the government. I found that disingenuous to nickel & dime prospective clients like that. NOT RECOMMENDED.

While firms have the right to choose their cases, $250 is a significant amount to pay for a simple 'no.' It feels like the firm prioritizes collecting fees over performing a basic screening to see if a case is a fit first. I suggest others look for a firm that values your time and money enough to do a preliminary check before charging you.

Zehl & Associates…read more To say this law firm is extraordinary would be an understatement. Undergoing the process of a lawsuit was already unfamiliar but doing it with a lawyer who you don't know was a bit scary. Zehl & Associates went over and beyond to help me understand what was happening and what I should do. They asked permission before making any decisions on my behalf and that meant a lot to me. Rarely do circumstances end up being "fair" in this unfair world but in my case, Zehl & Associates fought for what was fair and won on my behalf. I'll be forever grateful. Thank you.
