Christina Tillenger handled my child custody case and let me tell you, she is smart and loves a good fight. She never showed weakness or fear, on the contrary, she was ready to argue and fight for my daughter and me. As a father in Texas, battling for custody of a child whose mother had technically done nothing wrong, I didn't really feel our chances were great. Christina and her team had me put those feelings of uncertainty aside and got busy building a strategy. After a long hard fight, we won and my daughter has been living (rather happily, I should mention) with me. To be clear, the road to a custody battle is long, hard on the family, and costly. They were in no hurry to settle the case early. Some employees are honest and ethical, and some incredibly dishonest and unethical. The main attorney is critical, cursed at me, and told me "you are not likable". The main attorney has a pattern of suing his clients for overbilled fees. The main attorney made claims my case was costly and complex because he had to communicate with my forensic accountant often. He did not. I had a contract with my forensic accountant, communicated myself with her, and asked her not to call their law office. The forensic accountant only creates a report and submits it; no need for expensive calls.

Mình đã bị cáo buộc là làm hồ sơ giả , hôn nhân không dựa trên tình cảm thật sự , nên lúc nào cũng bị từ chối đến cuộc hôn nhân thứ 3, khi mình gặp được người chồng hiện tại là người Mỹ trắng, mình được qua đến Mỹ theo diện hôn phu hôn thê k1, nhưng đến khi mình xin đổi qua thẻ xanh thì một lần nữa bị từ chối bởi vì nhân viên di trú Hoa Kỳ cáo buộc background của mình không đủ điều kiện để trở thành thường trú dân do mình đã từng làm hon nhân giả, sau khi phỏng vấn xin thẻ xanh tại Mỹ nhân viên di trú đã từ chối và cho mình thời gian 33 ngày để rời khỏi nước Mỹ. Lúc đó vợ chồng mình thực sự rất hoang mang sợ hãi lo lắng không biết phải làm gì. Thật ra sai lầm lớn nhất của mình là từ hôn nhân đầu tiên cho đến hôn nhân lần thứ ba chưa bao giờ mình thuê luật sư để hỗ trợ hồ sơ của mình , toàn là tự Ý hai vợ chồng điền đơn và làm mọi giấy tờ. Chính vì vậy mới gặp bao nhiêu là rắc rối và thất bại! Prior to my contacting Daniel, the insurance company had tried to reach out to me to settle everything quickly. However, since I didn't want to rush into settling with the insurance company, I waited and asked around to see if anyone could recommend a personal injury lawyer to me. Based on my brother in law's recommendation, I contacted Daniel Lee of C Y Lee Legal group to handle all the legal headaches that were sure to come with the insurance claim. I understood that the whole process could take up to a couple years prior before the insurance company would settle (maybe faster if I were willing to settle for less, which I wasn't). If it passed the two years mark, this means the case would have to be settled in court (which I wasn't really inclined to do). Throughout the whole process, I entrusted Daniel to handle everything.
