Before signing, they were responsive and eager, but once I stepped out of their office, it became nearly impossible to get any updates. Messages were ignored for days, sometimes over a week. The group chat they placed me in felt completely disorganized -- even after almost two months with my case, they were still asking each other questions like it was brand new case. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Eventually, they told me they couldn't handle the case and it took another two weeks just to receive the drop letter even though i was following up with them every two days.
