Think twice before you hire this attorney! He gets the money, and then the communication becomes nearly nothing. Once the case was finished, he promised to have it "expunged" from my record. He also stated this before I paid him, and said, and I quote, "if you hire me, I will get your case dropped, and it will be clear and expunged from your record, never seen". At the end of the last court hearing, it was dropped, and we shook hands. At that point I said, you are going to have it expunged, right, and he said, "yes, it will be gone from your record". This was a few years ago, and now, with a background check, it came up, on my record. I called Steve, and he told me to call his assistant in the morning to see what they could do.......I did this, and guess what, they want to charge me to have it expunged.....$1,500!!! What, to do a job that you promised, no way! Steve Rosen is not a man of his word, does not have integrity, and cannot even answer me to my face, has to have his admin tell me.
