Tricia is the best and most helpful realtor we've ever met!…read more We live in California and needed a local realtor we could rely on to navigate through many challenges in getting our elderly parents home on the market and sold in Livingston. To call Tricia a realtor is an understatement. She's a masterful concierge that guides you through the home selling (or buying) process making smart suggestions, letting you make the informed decisions, all the while negotiating tough as nails on your behalf. We needed to make numerous alterations and fixes to the house prior to listing. Tricia went above and beyond in suggesting many low cost improvements, coordinating with our inspectors / contractors, and keeping a watchful eye on the house, chasing down at least one inspector and making sure the contractors stayed on schedule. She even did some of the upgrades herself! Tricia pays attention to every little detail, consistently communicates via text, email, and/or phone and was rapidly responsive to our questions even late at night when we expected her response to come back the next morning. We truly treasure the experience with Tricia and our parents are immensely grateful that their home was sold with such ease. We couldn't have done it without her and highly recommend Tricia to anyone selling or buying a home!
