I swear she doesn't sleep! We had just had a baby, so we were texting her all hours of the day, and she always responds immediately! Questions? Concerns? She is there to answer them all and make you feel calm. She is organized, sending you everything that meets your criteria, but also very honest, telling you what she thinks isn't a good match. She is experienced and so good at her job! One example, she spotted asbestos flooring the moment we stepped into a home and she dragged us out of there! The cherry on top is when she stocked our fridge at our new home because she wanted to make sure we're taken care of. That's the person you want on your side. Honestly, I am sad that our process is over because I'm going to miss talking to her everyday. I'm referring her to everyone I know! Thank you Laura!!!

We thoroughly vetted her before working with her, and she stood head and shoulders above anyone else we considered. So many buyers have struck out in this housing market, but with Kate's guidance our first offer was accepted, and she skillfully helped us navigate every step until we closed on our house. Looking to buy your first house is overwhelming, but Kate made it easy and fun. She has a great intuition for how hands- on or hands- off an agent you need. She was infinitely knowledgeable about the SOMA area--not just for real estate purposes, but restaurants to try, tradesperson recommendations, and more. She was always available by text, email, and phone and answered all our (many!) questions; when she didn't know something, she was very honest and would look up the answer or point us to someone who could help. Her unofficial team of inspectors, lawyers, etc. were also top notch. We highly recommend working with Kate--not only is she a stellar agent, but a fun person with a great sense of humor!

I don't even know where to begin with writing a review for someone who is as exceptional at their…read morejob as Dyanna is. Let me first note that this review is long overdue as Dyanna helped my partner and I find our house that we closed on in early December 2023. I think part of the reason it took me a while to write this review is to make sure that I included all of the wonderful things Dyanna did to make this very intimidating process as straightforward and easy as possible. We actually started our home search with Dyanna about a year before we ended up buying but had to put it on pause due to budgetary restraints. Through that first process we knew we loved Dyanna as she was so pleasant, kind, and understanding. She made sure to explain every step of the process to us and never made us feel like we were clueless (even though we definitely were for a long part of the process). So after seeing a few houses with her we decided we wouldn't be able to purchase anything we liked at our budget point so decided we would wait another year before restarting our search. Dyanna was completely supportive of this decision and did not pressure us to reconsider. Sure enough as soon as we were ready to start the search back up in earnest with a much healthier budget Dyanna jumped right into action to help us with the process. We saw at least twenty homes over the course of a few months with her all over Essex and Hudson counties and she could not have been more patient and pleasant to deal with through the entire process. She held numerous phone calls with us to walk us through any paperwork and questions/concerns we had. A big part of the hesitation for us as first time homebuyers was that we were quite overwhelmed with everything that is required but again Dyanna was there with us through it all to explain it in the simplest terms so that we felt reassured and knew that we were in good hands. As you can see there were plenty of stops and starts in our process but I can confidently say we would not be in the house we are in right now if it wasn't for the guidance and hard work that Dyanna poured into her time with us. Seriously she makes everything a breeze and sets up itineraries for viewings, communicates clearly with you, and always gauges what you want in a situation instead of just assuming. I'm always hesitant to work with anyone who is trying to "sell" you something but I never once got this vibe from Dyanna. She treats you like a long time friend and really makes it clear that she is looking out for your best interests at all times. I feel like I could write a novel of all the ways in which Dyanna is the best realtor you can find but I hope that I was able to capture that in this write up. I hope that we never have to leave our home because we love it so much, but I can assure you that if you do we will be calling Dyanna to help us sell it and find us our next one!

Her knowledge of the area and tips made us feel extremely comfortable with this life-changing decision. We were also in a time constraint, only available to see properties over the weekend, and she was able to arrange everything for us. There was one day in which we saw over 10 properties! She would also suggest places she thought we'd like. During negotiations, she was extremely helpful, providing all the information we needed to succeed in getting our house. After the offer was accepted she continued to advocate for us, helping hold all parties accountable to the commitment dates, doing so much work behind the scenes and getting us the best team possible. Now we are all moved in and happy to be neighbors with this amazing person and extraordinary agent. We could not recommend her more!! Thank you, Dyanna.

To call Tricia a realtor is an understatement. She's a masterful concierge that guides you through the home selling (or buying) process making smart suggestions, letting you make the informed decisions, all the while negotiating tough as nails on your behalf. We needed to make numerous alterations and fixes to the house prior to listing. Tricia went above and beyond in suggesting many low cost improvements, coordinating with our inspectors / contractors, and keeping a watchful eye on the house, chasing down at least one inspector and making sure the contractors stayed on schedule. She even did some of the upgrades herself! Tricia pays attention to every little detail, consistently communicates via text, email, and/or phone and was rapidly responsive to our questions even late at night when we expected her response to come back the next morning. We truly treasure the experience with Tricia and our parents are immensely grateful that their home was sold with such ease.
