Our secondary preferences were Maplewood, South Orange, and Essex Fells. Over the course of 5 months, we literally spent every weekend looking at houses. It was exhausting. After 5 months, we essentially quit, the process felt hopeless. Then after a few weeks, we decided to give our search another try with a different agent. And that's when we found Karin!
