We chose to sit outside and they have a few tables but no umbrellas. There were two adirondack chairs and a stone bench further from the door that were partially under a tree so we sat there but otherwise those tables were in direct sunlight. Definitely definitely need to invest in some umbrellas or those overhead curtain things. I'd say nothing stood out here - typical coffee shop and assortment but on my friend's behalf, wish they kept the food in better stock throughout the morning and afternoon.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering how often we used to come here…read more The menu has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. The portions have become noticeably smaller, including the Lions, which used to be one of the reasons we enjoyed coming here. The value simply isn't what it used to be. But the main reason for this one-star review is what happened with one of the servers. My wife and I were sitting at one table and placed our order. A more attractive table became available, and since the restaurant has open seating, we moved there. Our original table was directly behind me. My wife noticed that our server -- a woman with green hair -- was looking for us with our order. I turned around and tried to get her attention, but she didn't hear me even though she was standing about an arm's length away. I reached out with one finger and briefly touched her side to get her attention and indicate that we were sitting right there and that the order was ours. She brought the food to our table, and at that point everything seemed completely normal. Then, some time later, a manager came over with another employee and told us that we needed to leave the restaurant. We were completely confused and had no idea what was happening. We were then told that the server claimed I had grabbed her from behind. That accusation was absolutely shocking and completely inconsistent with what actually happened. I was sitting at the table with my wife, and the only physical contact was a brief touch on her side with one finger to get her attention because she couldn't hear me. What is especially disappointing is that this apparently wasn't properly addressed afterward. We continued to think about the situation because it was an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating experience. We used to spend approximately $140-$230 per visit here, depending on how many people we came with. We were regular customers and genuinely enjoyed this place. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be coming back. One star.

Lately I've just been focusing on sitting in a blanket and cutting up magazines so I haven't been outside in days. When I went to open the door of my building to the sidewalk, there was a man walking a huge black dog with a muzzle on it. I act weird around dogs due to a traumatic childhood event so when that doggy turned around and wanted to interact with me, I wasn't about to find out if we were gonna be friends. I backed tf up and walked the other way. I thought I'd just go around the block, but halfway around the block I realized this would be potentially the way the man and the dog were going, and sure enough i think about turning the corner but no, direction denied because there they are coming right toward me. So I kept going straight, and it was really hot, and then I almost got hit by a car at a 4 way stop which honestly felt sorta like a prank but I just focused on jumping out of the intersection and then I went that way. I was like god this sounds like everything I need right now. I wasn't totally sure if the door was the entrance which says nothing about this neon cowboy I just don't usually know what's going on. I was feeling like a skittish rat and I pressed the door and it opened and then I was inside. The barista said something like "what's going on today" and I said "good." And then I said wait that's not what you said. He said it's okay I know what you meant. How are you? I said I'm hot and sweaty it's hot outside. He was like yeah it is. And then he asked what I wanted and I said I know I want an iced americano. I read their little menu at supersonic speed and went with the breakfast sando with sausage. Plus a blueberry muffin. And then the ultimate question: for here or to go? I said for here. My body did it for me because it was so f%#*n hot outside and I was like I need to sit down. It's my first time dining solo although this place is a coffee shop with WFH energy so im not sure if it counts. I didn't have my laptop though just my self. I signed up for rewards. I felt like it was my first day on earth this entire walk here and choosing a table felt no different. At least they were playing that song "there she goes, there she goes again" so I was like yeah everything's fine. I sat down for 5 seconds and then FRANKIE it was time to get my iced americano. One sip and I knew it was 5 stars. And then the man brought my breakfast sando. It was huge like hilarious XX large. I thought god here we go this is really an all in endeavor isn't it, it looked really good though. And it was. 5 stars. Haven't had the muffin yet because I've been sitting here writing this plus I just ate the monster sando. Fast forward I sat here until me and what was left of my sandwich got cold. Shoved my muffin in my purse and hit the pavement again. Thank you neon cowboy, I guess you were my destiny today. god only knows whats next. Xoxoxoxo Frankie.

The lady who took our order upfront to the young man who brought our drinks to our table...courteous gestures by them were seen in every bit of it. My decaf Americano with half and half truly hit the spot. Unfortunately, my daughter's espresso martini was a bit too sweet to her liking (I sipped it a bit to see if I would like it. It was a bit too sweet. Also, it somehow lacked some important element of what a great espresso martini should be. It sure wasn't the best EM I've tasted. Not bad however.)
