The therapy was superb. I wish I would have come here 6 months ago when I broke my arm in a car…read moreaccident . But I went for my leg pain this time My doctor referred me here and the staff is very professional. Dr. Johnson may have a lot of patients in the physical therapy treatment area, but trust me, he has a system that is amazing. 1st. The dr talks to you to find out why you're here without rushing you. Then he tells you the plan, and each person seems to have a job. 2. He sent a lady to do muscle stimulation, and everyone has a pleasant attitude and introduce themselves and say what their going to do. 3. Then, a different lady does an ultrasound, which is some sort of massage with an apparatus. 4. Another lady does massage 5. Another lady does icing. 6. Then, doctor returns ask how that goes and put therapeutic tape on the treated area Next, visit the same but added the lady stretching me. Boy, I could get use of them doing all the work, then she said, "Now it's time to go to room for you. You do some things on your own." I'm like, wait, I like you guys doing it. Lol But anyway I feel so much better

I have no idea how this clinic has the positive reviews... I rarely leave negative reviews, but my…read moreexperience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I arrived early at 12:50 p.m., but I wasn't taken back until approximately 1:45 p.m. What was most frustrating was that no one apologized for the 45-minute delay or kept me updated. Around 1:20 p.m., I asked the front desk when I would be seen because several other patients had been called back ahead of me. I was told those were returning patients and that they would have to check, but no one ever provided an explanation or timeline. Walking into the treatment area, it immediately felt like a physical therapy mill. There appeared to be 30-35 patients packed into a relatively small space, with therapists, PTAs, and aides trying to manage everyone at once. It did not feel like an environment where patients receive individualized attention. I came in for ongoing low back and hip pain expecting a thorough evaluation. Instead, my initial assessment lasted about five minutes and consisted of bending side to side and forward and backward. I have been to several physical therapists over the years, and this was, without question, the least comprehensive evaluation I've ever received. The physical therapist never palpated or examined the painful areas, never assessed muscle tightness, joint mobility, strength, or movement patterns, and never physically examined any part of my back or hip. For someone seeking answers for ongoing pain, it was incredibly disappointing. I decided to give the clinic another chance and returned for my first treatment session. Unfortunately, it only reinforced my initial impression. The exercises felt generic and were essentially the same basic stretches I was already doing at home. Nothing about the treatment appeared tailored to my specific condition or evaluation findings. I was given three or four stretches and was finished shortly afterward. What concerned me even more was the lack of supervision. Dr. Johnson did not stay with me to ensure I was performing the exercises correctly. The one time he came over, he appeared to be looking at his phone at what looked like a recipe rather than focusing on my treatment. Meanwhile, much of the patient care seemed to be delegated to PTAs and aides while the therapists largely directed from a distance. If you're looking for individualized, hands-on physical therapy, especially if you're active or an athlete, I would not recommend this clinic. My experience felt rushed, impersonal, and highly cookie-cutter rather than patient-centered. Unfortunately, this was exactly the type of high-volume "PT mill" experience I was hoping to avoid.

The staff member handling my appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I had already provided a urine sample, but because it wasn't acceptable, I was told I needed to provide another one. What made me even more uncomfortable was being told that this time he would have to observe me while I did it. Throughout the appointment, the employee was wearing earphones and listening to music while speaking to me, which came across as very disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of treating me with respect, he gave me an ultimatum: either stay in the office until I could provide another urine sample or be disqualified from my job opportunity. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and was told that if I left before providing another sample, I would lose the position, and that I could stay there until they closed at 6:00 p.m. Expecting someone to remain at a clinic for over six hours waiting to urinate is unreasonable, especially when they have other responsibilities. I had another job I needed to get to and simply could not stay all day. Rather than trying to work with me or explain my options professionally, I felt pressured, intimidated, and treated without any compassion or respect. I hope management addresses the behavior of this employee and improves the professionalism and respect shown to future patients. No one should leave a medical office feeling as uncomfortable and disrespected as I did.

Highly recommend - they've helped me recover from old accident injuries!…read more After dealing with neck, shoulder, and mid-back pain from traffic accidents many years ago, I finally found real relief at Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine. I've been going there for about a year now, and I'm genuinely improving with every visit. The adjustments have made a huge difference -- my neck and shoulders feel much looser, my mid-back pain has decreased significantly, and I'm standing noticeably taller with better posture than I have in years. What I love most is how friendly and professional the entire team is. Dr. Alan Naim and the staff take the time to listen and really care about your progress. The office is easy to get to, just off the freeway, and they're often able to get me in for same-day appointments when I need them. They also have the latest technology, but they still deliver excellent hands-on adjustments and therapeutic massage -- the perfect combination. If you're struggling with lingering pain from old injuries (or any neck/back issues), I can't recommend Premiere Chiropractic & Sports Medicine enough. They've made a real, lasting difference in my daily life. I've already referred several people and will keep coming back!

Dr. J gives a very soft/light adjustment that just doesn't feel the same for me. 4) Being this is a clinic where they treat people that may not feel well or have migraines etc, I'm surprised they allow the use of phones with sounds in the office waiting area. On my first visit a woman was listening to vulgar music that was loud enough for everyone in the waiting room and front office to hear. Coming in with a headache that's not something I want to hear or listen to. Also, if there were children present, it's really not appropriate. But there's no signs or indications that people need to have their phone on silent. When I had asked the lady if she could turn it down, she just looked at me so I went to the front and asked to sit and wait in my car. There were multiple other times that people were either playing music or listening to reels or other things, and if the office just had a simple policy and they asked their patients to mute their phones it would make it better for all of their patients. I spoke to two of the doctors about this and one doctor completely agreed there should be a policy like this in place because people come for treatment with migraines and pain but the other doctor said no they don't want to inconvenience their patients makes me feel like they aren't being considerate for all their patients, especially those that are in pain. As such I'm increasing my rating because the doctors and staff and treatment are great but will not give a 5 because of the disregard to ensuring all patients, even those in pain and suffering migraines can wait for their treatment without further discomfort.

I came to this place after months of patella tendonitis (my knee). I understood my injury well and communicated that. During my appointment, the guy evaluated me and focused less on what I had to say, and more on his incorrect assessment of my mobility. He mistakenly misdiagnosed poor hip mobility (my hip mobility is fine, I made him re-check it and he agreed on the misdiagnosis). I told him I had limited ankle mobility which caused overcompensation in my knee during squat patterns. As a champion bodybuilder, I really do know my body inside and out. It shouldn't have taken him thirty minutes to discover what what sentence communicates. ‼Beyond that, when he administered exercises, due to his lack of listening of knowledge of the injury, the excercise he had me perform flared my injury up for the following 2 weeks, requiring me to take NSAIDs daily. When I graciously thanked him for showing me how to hurt myself, my thank you wasn't followed with any "your welcome" but just a blank stare . I said thank you again to make sure it wasn't the twilight zone, but it was in fact, a real life horror. ‼ After we concluded our failure of a session, making no personal connection and learning nothing, I paid $100 or so dollars. The young lady at the front asked me if I wanted to schedule ahead. She explained the sessions would be similar to today, ‼except the full hour I pay for would only be 30 minutes to guidance, followed by self-led excercise‼ Isn't that what I go to the gym for anyways? ... Anyways, she asked to schedule ahead and I obviously declined. I did not want to return. Then, I receive a text message that my appointments are set at the same time the next week. And if I don't cancel within 24 hours of the appointment I'd be charged. So I keep the appointment for a few days, hoping my symptoms improve, hoping that it was momentary pain for long term recovery. But no. Of course not. I call the office to cancel the appointments (the ones I asked them not to schedule in the first place) and here's how that went Lady: ..... Me: (waiting for her to say hello, this is so and so office) Lady: ..... Me: ...hello? Lady: how can I help you Me: hi my name is ______ and I'd like to cancel my appointments. Lady: you have 2 appointments scheduled, which would you like to cancel? Me: both of them please Lady: *hangs up on my angerly* Of course, no "thank you for visiting our office" no "I hope you schedule with us soon" not even a "goodbye" or "have a nice day" This place is nice if your insurance pays for it and if you have genuinely no issues in your body. If you are someone with a real injury, if you are someone who wants to be treated with the same respect you give, with dignity, if you are an athlete, and if you are serious about healing, save your money and your time and stop reading reviews. Go somewhere else. Genuinely wish someone had told me this, which is why I'm writing this. My other reviews are positive. It upsets me to have to do this.

When I first spoke/met with Destiny, I was like ok she is the Boss, and I say that because she keeps everyone in order, on both sides, and I'm pretty sure she's the one responsible for seeing that everything runs smoothly. Not sure how many doctors/therapists work here, I've seen around 6 or 7, but she seems to hold it all down. I appreciate the level of communication I get from her, when scheduling appointments, and I like the reminder texts she sends that you can actually respond to and get a reply. And even though she's always busy, she's always a peach and is very welcoming when I come in. The facility is easy to get to, you can park in the front on the street for 1 hr parking, although Destiny advised against it since there's a history of idiots crashing into parked cars on Sepulveda. Or there's a huge lot in the back, and an entrance that's clearly visible. So today I had my 7th session with Dr. Key. Actually, maybe he's the Boss. But a different kind of boss if you know. Straight off, you realize you're getting treated by someone who knows and truly understands how the body works and makes connections with the necessary actions in order to rehabilitate you. Also, he cares. That's everything, right? Anyway, he def makes you feel comfortable and pays attention to your needs in terms of how you should be.paced and considers your individual progression. With Dr. Key and Madi (who I believe is currently working on her masters or doctorate and is totally going straight to the top cuz she's a baddie) you'll feel like you're in good hands. Although I would rather not have to deal with the circumstances which brought me to them, I do feel grateful to have them looking after me. Backing up real quick, I was referred here to aid in my recovery from a head/neck injury. The accident was actually three years ago but I'm still suffering from headaches, pain, stiffness and weakness on my left side. I've learned that recovery isn't always a quick fix, and that with patience, it also requires work and the willingness to be persistent and consistent with the things that will help truly help you get well. And for the long run. I'm hoping that by rehabbing and strengthening my body through PT, I won't need to rely on drugs or pain management for the rest of my life. I'm learning exercises that I can keep doing past the time I spend here, which I will appreciate forever. So yeah, they're legit and recommend them tremendously.
