From our very first conversation, Debbie made us feel confident, informed, and completely taken care of. Debbie has an exceptional knowledge of the Greenwich, Westport, and greater Fairfield County real estate markets, and her guidance was invaluable every step of the way. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, was incredibly patient as we learned the process, and consistently advocated for us with professionalism and integrity. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm demeanor made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. In such competitive markets, Debbie's strategic insight and negotiation skills truly set her apart. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to successfully purchase our first home in April, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. She went above and beyond--not just to close the deal, but to make sure we felt confident and supported long after the papers were signed. If you are looking for a broker who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, tireless, and deeply connected to the Greenwich and Westport communities and throughout Fairfield County, Debbie McGarrity is simply the best. We are so grateful to have had her by our side and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Chris would like you to think he cares about you as his client but he doesn't. When he "helped" us look for our home he could have cared less about our wants and needs. When we would have phone calls with him, you could tell he was not even listening to what we were saying. By the end of the conversation he would say " can you please email me everything you just said" we were disgusted. No Chris, how about you write them down or take note if you even cared about what we really needed for a home. It's pretty clear he's more about himself. For instance his " gift" for us was a cutting board/ cheese board with his " Chris Carozza" name right in the center for all to see. Can't help but think he did this to promote himself for if we use for parties and for people to see his name and ask questions. Don't waste your time with this clown. He has zero class and zero genuine interest in helping people find or sell their home.

She recently took out an ad in Luxe Interiors & Designs magazine and claims to be committed to her clients with a unique marketing strategy. She claims to have a calm approach and whatever-it-takes attitude, but she is anything but that. Her "boundless enthusiasm" and knowledge are questionable. She never went above and beyond. My attorney who had worked with her prior, agreed that she did not want to do her part of the job. In fact, she presented an attitude and told me that certain requests "were not her job".
