My eight-month pregnant Wife and I met Anthony Rivera at an Open house back when we had initially…read morethought we could purchase our first home without the use of a realtor, but quickly learned we were over our heads. Anthony was the listing agent on that home and was the first agent we met who was not overly pushy or the typical sales agent using in your face tactics. We walked the house and immediately fell at ease with him at how attentive he was and detailed in his responses. The home we met him was above our price range, Anthony understood and gladly provided his business card and never asked us for our information, just said if you guys need anything let me know. We immediately realized he was the realtor for us called him the next day asking if he was willing to show us other homes. Anthony never rushed us into signing a contract with him, was just willing to help, and after that showed us several great homes. Some of the houses we found others he recommended he thought we would like. When we finally found our home that's where Anthony truly shined ensuring we understood the entire process, sat down with my wife and I and walked us through every detail. He coordinated everything with the listing agent and recommended real estate lawyer and inspector who he worked with in the past (both fantastic as well). I have spoken with friends who purchased homes, and even the rates of the Inspector and Attorney charged were very reasonable. The Inspector who I will also give rave reviews to is just like Anthony spent almost four hours going through every nook of the home, and providing us with valuable information and recommendations. Anthony went above and beyond with us; he even offered to walk through the house with the electrician as I was unable to attend. One of my most significant concerns about this process was not stressing out my pregnant wife, and Anthony was that support we needed to push through this stressful process. Any E-mail or text correspondence he made sure to include us, and would instantly reply to questions in what seemed like seconds after I hit send. After these weeks of working together with genuinely consider Anthony, a friend, and he is welcome into our new home any time. I have already recommended him to friends of mine and will continue to spread the word. If anyone is looking for a fantastic genuine realtor with your best interests in mind, do not hesitate to call Anthony.
