My wife and I were looking for an apartment and discovered that it's just as important to work with an agent when apartment hunting as it is when house hunting. We were having a hard time finding a place and the agents seemed to not care. Then we met Nejra and we found someone who took an interest in helping us find a place that checked off all of the boxes of what we were looking for. Three words descrbe Nejra Utrera - patient, persistent, professional. We thought she would give up on us when we said no to several places but she was patient. She was persistent in recommending places that she thought was the right fit for us. When we found it, she handled the details professionally and we are now in a condominium unit that is exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Nejra if you're looking for a new home. She's the best! read more

Nejra is the complete definition of professional. I started apartment hunting in January and after being taken for countless rides and waste of my very important personal time I ended up meeting Nejra in March, and closed on an apartment in April. From the get go she was quick, professional and set her expectations. She was able to take me to all the apartments I requested and her communication was excellent. She laid out my options, provided me detail with every step of the process and just made things very easy for me. I communicated with her at odd hours and she responded promptly with answers to all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a realtor, especially with my previous experiences. I would strongly recommend her to anyone interested in having an easy professional process. read more
