At first, the agent, Aria did be a very helpful hand as she showed me a few very attractive apartments. I did applied for one at MidTown East. This is the nightmare comes in... During the application, not only the $100 apply fee was collected, but also the first month rent was collected as a good faith. And Aria did promised this one-month is refundable if a consensus between me and the landlord couldn't be made. Then, I paid the company the one-month good faith. Long story short. This application didn't work out eventually and I decided to stay with the family by terminating this apartment seeking. However, as I terminated working with this company and asked my one-month rent back, they never give me back the money!!!!!! Their office is closed now. And Aria only doges the problem by saying she doesn't know anything about the company. I think I will go for legal procedure.

ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me
