It gets 5 stars for camping. The cabins are nice and better than a tent. I loved how they had a bbq and a fire pit close by. There is a nice green space in front of the cabins (we saw deer). We also loved how the razors were on site and easy to get. The trails are easy to get to and the owners are very helpful! Definitely recommend! read more

The cabin was clean but we had no heater the manger said they needed a plug which He never came back with so the heater never worked. There was a small space heater. 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 adults, outside patio light didn't work, Barbecue grill didn't work Properly, frig was turned off. We just put some food in it and realized it was off about 3 hrs later Plenty of open area for parking and close to trails for riding. read more

I'd like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to Rose Ranch Resort. I took my son and his family out in June the day before Father's Day. We rented a 4 seater razor. My son has always enjoyed the outdoor activities: dirt bikes, street bikes, 4 wheelers, boats and watercraft. My son was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2011. When he had his last surgery (#3) in 2016 he suffered a stroke and had limited mobility on his right side. Renting a razor was the closest thing we could get him that resembled riding a bike. If your looking for a place to stay while you enjoy Marysvale, Rose Ranch I found out is one of my now favorites. They have RV hook ups, campgrounds to set up your tents, and they have 3 ,2 bedroom cabins as well. The resort has a backroad trail that goes straight into town, and also trails are connected to the piute atv trails. They have a ton of ATV for rentals. One year my Razor broke down on the trail, I called Rose Ranch and Nathan came down with a machine for me to rent for the day. This year I stayed at his place and really enjoyed it, they are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. read more

We rented a 4 seater UTV for the day! These guys were amazing...they delivered the UTV to our cabin. Pricing was phenomenal... we rented a UTV prior in Zion and was charged rental, deposit and cleaning fees. This was the BEST experience ever and cannot wait to return! Spent the weekend at Rose Ranch with most of the family. Nathan and his wife were extremely accommodating. With all of the family we had 6 trailers off and on and a couple of cabins. We were able to be close to one another, cook and play in the grass. After riding all day seeing the grass is a nice change of scenery. Also seeing kids actually playing kickball together out in the meadow rather than playing games on their phones was awesome. This place brought our extended family as well as our immediate family together. The park itself was very clean and well taken care of. They have bathrooms with clean nice showers. The spots are a good size with full hook ups. There is a river nearby that is nice to go down to. We definitely recommend this place to anyone. We will be back! Soon! We rented 2015 Polaris 900 4seat from Rose Ranch. Nathan was very easy to deal with, gave us a great price, delivered and picked up the unit as promised, and was very helpful in giving us directions and advice on the Pauite Trail.
