I recently had over twice one month's rent in my bank account, got a payment confirmation and everything. Almost a week later they claim it was returned and now I have to pay almost $100 EXTRA VIA MONEY ORDER !!! I called to ask them for assistance and they said it's not their problem. Like any other rental company, this is a bunch of crooks overcharging for some mediocre management on some piss-poor properties.

He…read moreposted on here he was looking for someone to complete a residential make ready and remove interior cigarette smoke damage from walls. My initial meet with this man at the house, I gave him my price for just the interior clean for $300 and would have it complete in 24 hours. However, when me and my husband met with him he also added in he wanted stairs built for the back door on the property as well as exterior window cleaning and front porch vinyl siding cleaning, which Mike raised the overall clean to $600(verbally). Needless to say,my husband works and builds fence. I started the house around 1130AM and left to get my husband to start on the exterior clean around 2PM that same day. I also had to pick up my son from school so we arrived back at the house around 430-5PM. I was able to get the entire back of the house complete with only the kitchen and living room left to finish. My husband got all exterior windows clean and had started on the front porch vinyl clean. We left around 715PM and I contacted Mike and promised to be back by 845AM the next morning. When me and my husband arrived the next day, Mike has done ripped off the door knob and door lock for the front door and threatened local law enforcement on us for trespassing and we left. He did write a check for $150, taped to my broom stick, left my cleaning supplies at the pumps at Brookshire's Fresh on Old Jacksonville Hwy with Mike no where around at the time he asked me to arrive. I want people to be aware that this man is very unprofessional. I'm not sure where or how things had gone wrong as I kept constant communication with him the entire time. But here is our conversation and the interior clean I was able to complete that day. I would advise not to do business with this man, he seems to be very arrogant and out for himself. I would definitely advise against renting from this man or doing business with him as he does not uphold his promises and his very wishy washy with business.

    I am posting a few details of a resent negative experience with SouthPoint…read more Property Management at My Garage Storage,17968 FM 2493, Flint, TX 75762, managed by Teresa Harris owner of SouthPoint Property Management. Miss Harris is not to be trusted with your personal information on any type of contract or documents. If you are a current or past tenant at My Garages, or any other business HOA that Harris is managing, check the shared documents feature on her SouthPoint website portal. Harris does not care enough about securing clients information, by double checking her entry, from ex-tenant removal, to setting up the new tenant accounts for the same unit numbers! Which is what happen in my situation dealing with Teresa Harris and her website portal. Harris is lacking detail oriented focus, while operating SouthPoint Property Man.AppFolio Software. Harris is getting confused to what contract goes on what unit and looses contract documents, like mine for unit 116, that I have paid rent on for months. Hence, causing a mass breach of personal data for the different companies Harris has been entrusted to manage. I have contracts on units 121, 122, 123, 116 for over a year at My Garages Business Center/ Self Storage, Flint TX. I was waiting for her to provide the lease document for 114 in May once the unit was made available and clean out. After numerous request Harris never posted a copy of my current unit 116 contract to the web portal or informed me of where my documents were posted and exposed on her website. After I informed the previous tenant that his personal information was exposed to my account on Harris website portal, I then texted Harris the same information and a copy of the tenants document on my account. Teresa Harris did remove the previous tenants personal contract, and finally posted one of my contracts of the combined lease for 121 - 123, a 60 Ft x 50 foot space of 3000 sq. Ft..Then she strangely post a duplicate of 121 - 123. I texted to ask her why she did not post 116 instead o, she sent a reply that hardly made any sense, that I leased 116 in a text!? I guess that man's she never produced a lease document for unit 116. Harris and myself have exchange many text messages and my attempt to give My Garages more lease income, has resulted in a extreamly negative experience for me, while dealing deal with Teresa Harris and her unprofessional and intolerable behavior. Last year, when I first moved in, I posted a five star review. After I have had a few interactions with Miss Harris, I now have a clear experience of how Harris handles herself in different situations. Now I reduced my review to 1 Star, I would post a negative 5 star if I could! Harris seems to be unsupervised by the corporation and this could be why Harris feels free to act out behaviors and unprofessional use of authority towards her employers tenants. Teresa Harris has decided I am not worthy in her opinion to lease 114 in addition to my other 4 units. It is apparent Harris does not want Tenants to expect any simply services or to expect her to prepare paper work properly and quickly. Harris prefers you just pay the rent and be invisable to her! Never expect any normal services that is provided by Flex properties and storage facilities. I have rent from many different companies in my life, this experience is by far the worst. Harris does not care about wasting tenate's time, by being unmotivated to lease and maintence My Garages property. Harris has no respect or desire to properly support the needs or just be kind and pleasant towards tenants instead of arrogant and rude. Miss Harris has a pattern in her behavior that once she feels you have annoyed her, she will use her power to dominate and bully you out of your leases or speak badly of you to other tenant's. She uses her position here to act like some kind of "macho female boss", deciding who she will pick and choose to lease a unit! This has happen to me while I was are waiting on her to do the paper work for unit 114 and several months ago when I leased 116. Harris is annoyed by me and decided to reject my lease for 114 and demanded I give her the key back and ordered me to stay in 116. Simply, Harris was acting out a power play to insult me and to attempt to flex her authority over my leases, so she could make the point; "that I needed to realize, that she controls everything and every person on this property"! Harris reminds you that she operates by her own rules, that she is in charged! Her behavior is to the point of discrimination and Narsisitic abuse! Harris does not practice the business mantra of; "take care of the customers you have" and they will provide the customers you need in the future! Harris now has taken her revenge to a serious and damaging new level of attack. Harris has posted on my door at unit 121 on May 31, at 7:30 PM, a non-renewal of my current 4 thousand Sq. Ft of leased space at My Garages in Flint,TX.
