He is knowledgeable in his field since he is a Real Estate Broker, and has purchased and sold real estate investments himself. I like that I was dealing with an agent that actually owned property and worked his business full-time. I have used him twice for the sale and purchase of property in the Los Angeles and San Bernardino areas and I'm looking to following his advice on acquiring real estate investment properties as a strategy to retirement as he has shown me. I found Joseph to be a professional effective communicator and followed through with what he said he was going to do. He spent some time answering my questions and informing me of the process as well as the pitfalls and how to be best protected prior to entering a contract. He didn't pressure me at all, and I can see that he loves what he does in his chosen profession. Keep up the great work Joseph!
